Kathryn and Jon were amazing at the meet and greet and in taking care of our Akali. They were very understanding with her and asked many great questions towards her care to which I didn't think of or remembered to mention about. They sent many pictures with her updates and Akali came back super happy! Will definitely ask for them again next time!

Ivan took wonderful care of Remy as always. I appreciate all the updates and I can see how much fun Remy is having, plus Ivan knows Remy’s quirks and preferences which is so great especially for a senior dog. Thank you!

Lulu had an amazing stay with Diana and Michael. They took the time to meet her upfront, which was the first sign of how much care they put into each pup. They are super responsive and attentive - Lulu was clearly so happy to be in their amazing family home and enjoyed playing with Riley (their dog). They sent tons of photos of her playing and hanging out with everyone, which put me immediately at ease. She looked right at home! Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of Lulu!

Absolute Best Care for Sesame! I cannot recommend Kristine highly enough! She watched our dog, Sesame, over the weekend, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, it was clear just how kind, patient, and genuinely nice she is. She treated Sesame like one of her own, giving her the absolute best care, attention, and love. It brought us total peace of mind knowing Sesame was in such safe, affectionate hands while we were away. Lauri was really great and took excellent care of our 8 month old puppy Benji! It was very easy to trust her with Benjis care! She made sure he had a lot of both physical and mental exercise throughout the day and shared regular updates. You can tell she is very passionate and knowledgable about pups. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and is very flexible to accommodate their needs and development. She gave us a lot of tips and tricks after spending the weekend with Benji! Highly recommend Lauri! We are excited to keep working with her!

Irina was absolutely the best! She was fun, thoughtful and caring. Every single day, she sent a bunch of photos as well as a description of our dog’s day — exploring different parks, playing at home, snoozing on the couch together. She was also mindful of his quirks (recent leg surgery, wariness around other dogs), and she adjusted her plan accordingly. My family and I were so relieved to know that our pet was receiving such wonderful attention!

We had a great experience with Amber watching our energetic corgi, Mocha! She sent daily updates and photos, and communication/coordination was super easy the whole time. Mocha looked happy and well cared for — would definitely recommend and book again :)

Yoko is, without a doubt, the most exceptional pet caretaker I have ever had the privilege to work with — I recommend her with the highest enthusiasm. I was away in Japan for two weeks on a work trip, and Yoko took care of my dog Lulu the entire time. Throughout those two weeks, she sent me daily photos and videos of Lulu, along with detailed updates — what they did each day, how Lulu was eating, and even how her bathroom routine was going. Those updates gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to fully focus on my work. This was, without question, the most trustworthy and attentive pet care I have ever experienced. Lulu warmed up to Yoko immediately, and from the videos I could see that Lulu was as relaxed and happy as if she were at her own home. Yoko has a remarkable gift for understanding dogs — she reads each dog’s personality, knows how to help them relax, and pays close attention to what they enjoy and what interests them. She doesn’t just care for a dog; she truly tunes in to who that dog is. I have already decided that Yoko will be my go-to person for any future needs — whether for short outings or longer trips abroad. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any dog owner looking for someone they can trust completely.

Ian did a marvelous job and had a great attitude all throughout Ryder's boarding experience with him! He was very communicative and flexible, so grateful Ryder had a good time with him. Thank you!

Viola and Zach were terrific. Pepper had a wonderful stay with them and their sweet and affectionate dog Nuki! Viola and Zach were very attentive to Pepper’s needs and quirks. They asked great questions about his needs and care when we first met, and I felt very confident that Pepper would be an excellent hands. And he was. Nuki was also a great host, and the two dogs got along very well. Pepper adjusted quickly with them and was very happy and comfortable. I will definitely reach out again for future stays.

Na took the best care of our sweet Emmi. We loved getting all the pictures and videos of Emmi on her walks, playing with her toys and hanging out with Na. Emmi was treated like one of the family. We now have a safe place for our Emmi to stay.

My dog Sylphrena had a great time with Olga. She came back happy and well cared for, and I appreciated the frequent updates and photos that we got through the stay. Thanks Olga!

We had a fantastic experience with Zhichen (Zoe) and Jason! They took such thoughtful care of Mochi. We realized we’d forgotten to pack his treats, and they were kind enough to provide some so he didn't miss out. Most impressively, they developed a clever strategy to help Mochi finish his meals in a new environment—something he usually struggles with. Plus, Mochi absolutely loved playing with their dog, Runa! It’s such a relief knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!
