Upon handoff, they immediately took her for a quick walk around the block which helped ease the transition, and by that evening, Kiwi was comfortable and asking for pets. Katie and Jason are quick to respond and kept us updated with both many adorable photos and brief recaps of walks or fun things that happened in the home. They accommodated our late pickup time with no fuss and had everything prepared: the bowls were washed and dried, and the blanket was folded. Highly recommend these two! I have experience with basic puppy training, such as crate training, leash walking, and reinforcing good behaviors through positive reinforcement. Dogs in my care enjoy regular potty breaks, daily walks, playtime, and lots of companionship. I am available for boarding, daycare, and drop-in visits on both weekdays and weekends. I provide a clean, calm, and dog-friendly home environment and only accept a small number of dogs at a time so that each dog receives personalized care and attention. My friendly 2.5-year-old Bernedoodle, Yoshi, enjoys meeting new dogs and is a great play companion. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and special needs. Dogs are always supervised during interactions, and I can accommodate crate-trained dogs if needed. I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident that your pup is happy and well cared for while you’re away.

“Kaitlyn was so wonderful with our two pups! She sent lots of pictures and videos, gave us wonderful summaries of how the dogs were doing, and took them out on all kinds of walks and adventures. Kaitlyn also gets a big gold star for alerting us that one of our dogs seemed to have blood in her urine, and she very kindly offered to take her in to the vet. We happened to have family still in town who were able to make the vet visit, but Kaitlyn was awesome about keeping in communication throughout, managing the handoff, and administering the meds afterwards. We would love to have our dogs stay with her again.”

About: Hi, I’m Yu-Chih but friends also call me Joyce. I have a 9-year-old Bichon Frise named Jojo, so taking care of dogs has been part of my daily life for years. I’ve also helped friends look after their dogs when they're away. I understand every dog has their own personality and habits, and I enjoy getting to know them and making sure they feel comfortable staying with me. I work from home, so I’m around most of the day to keep the dogs company. I usually take the dogs out for four walks or potty breaks a day: in the morning, around lunchtime, in the evening, and before bed. I also make time to play with the dogs throughout the day. After dinner, I usually spend some time relaxing with my dog Jojo, whether it’s cuddling on the couch, brushing his fur, or playing together. I’d love to include your pup in our daily routine while making adjustments based on their needs and habits. I understand every dog has their own personality, and I want them to feel comfortable in my home.
