She was great at sending us regular photo updates of how he was doing throughout the day and how well he was getting along with her own dog. Seeing these moments really brightened our day! What really warmed our hearts was how Elaine treated our dog just like a part of her own family. She would snuggle with him on the couch, just like we do at home. When she noticed our dog wasn't eating his usual food portion, she quickly let us know. Fortunately our guy was just being picky and he finished later, but her updates definitely reassured us that our dog was in great hands. We wholeheartedly recommend her and look forward to her help in future stays!”
