“Simon and Vivian were wonderful with our dog Coco. They were easy to connect with for a meet and greet beforehand and were great. They were super kind and communicative and Coco was thrilled at drop off, she didn’t even look back! They sent lots of photos and videos which made us happy that Coco was having a ball. We’re definitely planning to have Simon and Vivian watch Coco again!”

“Anna was communicative and provided daily pics for Mallow during her first stay away from me. She was flexible with dropoff and pickup times and everything was ready to go when I came to get her. Only thing I'll note is that Mallow can be difficult with certain dogs, which was even more important that she met Anna's dog prior to booking. Upon dropoff she actually had another dog she was sitting for at the same time. This was the opposite of what was listed in her profile and the main reason I booked with her. Thankfully Mallow got a long with the other dog but I wish that had been mentioned prior to dropoff.”

“Sara and Wilson were great caregivers to Nacho. I love their house and yard set up and they made drop off and pick up very easy. Sara has had dogs all of her life and understood all of the care details with little explanation. Wilson is a great playmate for Nacho, too. I will definitely book again!”

“Stella had so much fun at this stay! Diana and Mike were lovely. Diana helped our doggie with her ears and Mike took her to the park and played fetch daily, and the sent some cute pictures too. Stella was so relaxed when she came home; it was obvious she was well cared for and had a great time.”

About: Hi there! We’re Nate and Emma and we live in a very dog-friendly apartment complex in San Mateo. We currently have one fur baby named Huckleberry, and we have room for more. We’ve had dogs our whole lives and can’t live without them. We’ve always prioritized our dogs needs and we’re always aware of how they feel and how happy they are. We treat dogs like they’re our own kids. Our daily schedule is built around balancing work and our dog’s needs. We have scheduled time for walks, feeding, play time, and nap time. We’ve established a great routine that keeps dogs happy and relaxed. Our apartment complex has a large fenced-in dog run and my apartment is dog proofed (I have a small dog of my own). The apartment complex is very dog friendly and there’s lots of safe room for them to explore and have fun in!

“Deborah is such an amazing human being. She took care of arbor like family and provide very regular updates and photos of our baby. She maintained his routine , provided the least possible disruption and lots of love which kept our normally anxious baby very happy. We knew our dog was in the best possible hands and were able to have a completely stress free vacation. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back too !”
