Katie and Jason are quick to respond and kept us updated with both many adorable photos and brief recaps of walks or fun things that happened in the home. They accommodated our late pickup time with no fuss and had everything prepared: the bowls were washed and dried, and the blanket was folded. Highly recommend these two! We don't have other pets in our home, but there is fenced backyard for puppies/dogs to explore/play and plenty of low traffic streets and small parks in the neighborhood for walks.

He took Theo on runs, and Theo always looked happily exhausted afterward. We really appreciated the great care and communication throughout. We’d gladly have him watch Theo again.
Wally had a wonderful stay with Lawrence and Rachel! They were exceptionally responsive from start to finish and kept me updated with plenty of photos and videos. This is the first sitter who's truly followed every detail of the care instructions I provided, which gave me so much peace of mind. Sonia took amazing care of our dog, Gracie, while we were out of the country for a week! She sent daily updates with pics, followed our instructions on her routine, and took her on hikes and adventures each day. We could tell from our first intro Gracie loved Sonia and Dorian and felt right at home with them. Will definitely book again!
Kaitlyn was so wonderful with our two pups! She sent lots of pictures and videos, gave us wonderful summaries of how the dogs were doing, and took them out on all kinds of walks and adventures. Kaitlyn also gets a big gold star for alerting us that one of our dogs seemed to have blood in her urine, and she very kindly offered to take her in to the vet. We happened to have family still in town who were able to make the vet visit, but Kaitlyn was awesome about keeping in communication throughout, managing the handoff, and administering the meds afterwards. We would love to have our dogs stay with her again.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Olga. From the very beginning, her communication was exceptional- prompt, clear, and consistently reassuring during a busy holiday week. She even suggested a meet-and-greet before confirming the booking, which I truly appreciated. Taking the time to connect with both me and Ellie at the park showed her professionalism and genuine care. Ellie had the time of her life during her stay. Olga checked in often with thoughtful updates, amazing photos and videos, and helpful questions to make sure Ellie’s routines and needs were met. But the real miracle was something I never expected: our foster girl Ellie, who has historically not gotten along with other dogs, was gently and carefully introduced to two dogs in Olga’s care (with my permission). Thanks to Olga’s patience and skill, Ellie was playing with them in the backyard! Seeing that video melted my heart and gave me so much hope for Ellie’s future. It’s clear that Olga is not only an animal lover but also has an incredible gift for training and understanding dogs. She cared for Ellie as if she were her own, and returned her happy, relaxed, and with all of her belongings in perfect order. This was my first Rover experience, and Olga set the bar sky-high. I will absolutely be sending Ellie to board with Olga again. If you’re considering booking her, don’t hesitate- she is truly five-star.
We recently boarded our dog Sadie with Amber. This was our first time having Sadie stay with someone else for a couple of days, and Amber's daily updates showed that Sadie was very comfortable and had a great time in Amber's home! Amber was also comfortable with a last-minute request to apply a medical ointment for Sadie during her stay. When we came to pick her up, Sadie was so excited and kept making rounds to say bye to Amber's household. We will definitely book again in the future!
Kristine is EXCELLENT! She responds quickly to booking requests and is always kind and welcoming to both us and our dog, Beaux. She follows instructions and tailors the care she provides our dog to reflect the same care and love our dog receives at home. What we appreciate the most is the amount of photos and updates throughout the day, which give us reassurance that our dog is being well taken care of.
Cheyenne is awesome as always! I could tell my Luna had such a great time with her. They went on many walks and adventures and I got many updates throughout the day, with awesome photos. Hanhan (my Samoyed) finished a 10-day stay with Sijin and I’m really happy with the care he got. She and her husband went above and beyond and truly beat my expectations. From day one, the couple treated him like family—two walks each day, trips to the dog park, and lots of play with his toys. I got a clear update every day with plenty of photos and videos, how many treats he had, and little stories about what he did. Communication was great: replies were fast, kind, and patient, so I always felt at ease. Hanhan came home happy, healthy, and tired in the best way.
