I’m available for overnight stays every night of the week and can easily work around your schedule. I have a completely fenced in yard and a sweet little dog named Kirby. I work in my garage so I’m always aware of what is going on in the yard as it is right next to me. I take breaks often throughout the day and spend lots of time playing with my own fur baby so I’ll have plenty of time to devote to yours as well.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, routines, or favorite things—I want to make sure they feel completely comfortable and cared for! Please also let me know if you suspect that your dog might have an issue with fleas. We are happy to bathe your dog and administer flea tremenda during their stay. If the issue is severe, we ask that you treat your dog prior to their stay. 😊 If your dog has any aggressive tendencies whatsoever please let us know. We have a sweet senior dog and we are unable to care for aggressive dogs in our home at the moment.
A typical day
A typical day with your pet starts with lots of love and attention. I like to begin the day with a nice walk to get some fresh air and burn off energy—usually aiming for 1-2 miles if your dog is up for it. Throughout the day, I make sure your pet stays comfortable, well-fed, and engaged. I’ll keep their routine as close to home life as possible, whether that’s playtime, potty breaks, or just relaxing together with some belly rubs. What fun activities will you do with the pets you watch? Every pet is different, so I always try to tailor activities to match their energy level and personality. For active dogs, we’ll go on longer walks, play fetch, or explore a nearby park. For pets who love one-on-one attention, I’m happy to spend time giving affection, brushing their coat, or playing with their favorite toys. My goal is to keep them happy, healthy, and feeling safe while you’re away—and yes, plenty of cuddles are always included.

My son has officially dubbed me the “Dogfather,” and I’ve decided to embrace the title. I’ve been caring for animals since I was six years old, and over time I naturally became the go-to pet sitter in my family whenever someone traveled. Caring for animals has always been something I genuinely love, so opening my home and services to others in my community felt like a natural next step. When I walk your dog, I focus on fun, energetic outings that give them the exercise, stimulation, and attention they deserve. I treat every dog as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved every step of the way. You can rest easy knowing your fur baby is in capable and compassionate hands. For overnight boarding, we ask that any dogs who may have fleas receive a flea treatment prior to their stay. We work hard to keep our home flea-free to ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all pets in our care. At this time, we’re unable to offer daycare or boarding for pets who are not potty trained, show aggression toward people or other dogs, or require exclusive solo care. However, if your dog falls into one of these categories, we may still be able to provide walks or help refer you to a sitter better suited to your pet’s specific needs.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Michael! He took such great care of our dog Kodi while we were away on an international trip. We were away for 2.5 weeks but never worried once as we knew he was in such great hands. Michael sent us regular updates and photos and it was clear the Kodi was receiving the royal treatment -- he even got a bath and teeth brushing! Kodi seemed to be in heaven on his "vacation" at Michael's and we were a little worried he might not want to return home. LOL :-D Michael truly is the dog-father and we are so grateful to have found him. We look forward to booking again with Michael the next time we leave town.
Sesame loved her time away from home! Michael sent pics regularly with commentary about how she's getting along with the other dogs. He spoiled her! Will def call on him again.
