Otis is not comfortable with new people, but Ivan gave him his space, had patience with him and ultimately they became best buddies! My pup has Addisons disease and has an injured hind leg—Ivan took great care of him and made special accommodations for him so he would be comfortable and safe. It’s so obvious Ivan loves animals and has a kind heart for them. All these things allowed me and my partner the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our vacation knowing Otis was in such great hands. “Kristine was very professional and very accommodating to our dogs’ needs especially one of our dogs who can be a bit domineering towards other dogs. Luckily our temperamental dog got along just fine with her dog which made things go more smoothly however she gave us the option to have her dog stay at a relative’s house in the instance there was any tension between our dogs. Kristine also made sure to give us daily updates on our dogs which included pictures which was very much appreciated. We’ll definitely be booking with Kristine in the future!”

I’m currently staying at home, so I’ll have plenty of time to play and take care of your pets. I am available every day from 8 am to 10 pm. I have two friendly dogs. During Soba’s stay, Susan kept me posted not only the updates but also all the fun little interactions Soba had with her and her two chihuahuas. Soba was so loved and was taken really good care of — he learned to request going to the backyard, he played with Dhickpea and Dough, and Susan took him out more for walks and play time in the dog park. In order to give me the peace of mind, Susan only took Soba in so that there will only be small dogs. Further more, Susan even helped brush him even though this wasn’t something I asked for. Now I need to worry about keeping up with Soba’s expectations XD.”

She went over and above by allowing us to come twice for a meet and greet ahead of time so Biscotti could get used to her. During Biscotti’s stay, she sent us multiple updates throughout the day. It was obvious she was taking great care of Biscotti as well as the other 2 dogs she was caring for. Biscotti was happy, healthy, and sad to say goodbye to her new friend when we picked her up.
