I booked Na Z. well in advance for a boarding stay for my dog, Mason, but she clearly did not read his profile before drop-off, asking basic care questions after I was already on my way to the airport. Due to her lack of preparation, I arranged an emergency transfer to a secondary sitter late that same night. When I picked Mason up at the end of my trip, I discovered a large, sticky, heavily matted patch of dried blood on his back. A vet examination confirmed three full-thickness puncture wounds consistent with dog bite marks that had been left untreated, causing a painful bacterial infection requiring wound irrigation, deep culture testing, and a 2-week course of antibiotics. Na Z. never informed me or the secondary sitter that an incident occurred or that Mason was injured on her watch. She allowed him to sustain bite marks, concealed/ignored the injury, and has since refused to cooperate or provide a statement to Rover Trust & Safety regarding what happened. Please protect your pets and look elsewhere.

Once again, our dog was in great hands with Na. We get lots of photos showing our happy dog while we are away.

Na is a wonderful dog sitter. We got constant updates from Na showing our dog having the time of his life while we were on vacation.

Love the multiple walks a day and all the photos/videos while we are away!

Na took the best care of our sweet Emmi. We loved getting all the pictures and videos of Emmi on her walks, playing with her toys and hanging out with Na. Emmi was treated like one of the family. We now have a safe place for our Emmi to stay.

Na was super friendly and took good care of our 70lb doodle — multiple walks, photos/videos, and conscientious of interactions with new dogs. Very happy she lives so close to us!
