“Chloe was an amazing sitter for my cat, Panda. She is incredibly reliable and attentive, and it’s clear she truly cares about the pets she looks after. Panda can be a little particular, but she was comfortable and well cared for the entire stay. This time, Chloe also handled Panda’s medication perfectly, everything went smoothly and right on schedule, which was a huge relief. Communication was excellent. I especially loved that she sent about ten photos with every update! Seeing so many great shots of Panda made me feel like I was right there and gave me complete peace of mind. I’m actually moving out of the area soon, so I’m genuinely sad that this may be our last booking. Panda and Chloe really hit it off, and we’ll both miss having such a dependable and caring sitter. About: About me: I recently graduated from a master's program in school counseling! I was raised in San Mateo and am very familiar with the area. I live with my husband and have no pets, but I frequently visit the family dogs I grew up with (and I spoil them like my own!). In my free time, I enjoy gardening, biking, watching reality TV, and quality time with loved ones! I’ve grown up with dogs in my family and have always been a natural dog lover; some might say I might spoil too much! I started dog-sitting one of my coworkers' dogs and realized how fun and relaxing it was for me! Please inform me of any dietary or behavioral restrictions I should be aware of while sitting. For example, can the dog eat human food? Do they like being held? Are there any issues when taking them for a walk? About: We are a couple who genuinely love animals and enjoy caring for them together. Mike grew up with a Golden Retriever named Lady and understands how to handle and care for dogs with patience and love. Lady spent her happy senior years together with our family, which gave us a lot of experience caring for an aging dog as well. Evie grew up with a Shih Tzu named Mashiro and was deeply involved in her care. Living with Mashiro taught them how sensitive and loving dogs are, and how important it is to provide gentle attention, patience, and a calm environment. We have already been caring for pets for some time and have built relationships with several private clients outside of Rover. Recently, we decided to join Rover to meet more wonderful pets and families in the community. We are always happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. We also enjoy being active, so dogs with lots of energy are absolutely welcome. Long walks, playtime, and exercise are no problem for us. We have a bicycle, which can be great for very active dogs that enjoy running. We treat every pet as if they were our own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. We have a flexible schedule and are able to spend plenty of time caring for pets throughout the day. Evie is usually at home, which allows us to give pets consistent attention, walks, and playtime. We are available for boarding on weekdays and weekends and are happy to accommodate your pet’s normal routine as much as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We provide a calm, clean, and safe environment where pets can relax and feel at home. I am skilled at administering medications (pills), playing, walking, and minimal training. I can't wait to meet your pets! I currently attend community college and play soccer for my school's team. I have free time in the mornings between 6-8 am as well as evenings at 7-10 pm. I am available most weekends with a flexible schedule on Saturday and Sunday. Milena is a natural when it comes to taking care of cats! She’s excellent at reading cat body language and is very patient and gentle. My cat, Pebble, takes medication and she can be difficult to medicate. Milena is extremely patient with her and always makes sure she gets her meds. I highly recommend her!
Jasmine took amazing care of our four cats while we were away. All four of them are very shy and sensitive around new people, so I was honestly a little nervous about leaving them. But Jasmine’s calm, gentle, and patient energy really helped them feel safe and comfortable. Jasmine was also extremely detail oriented and followed all of our instructions carefully, which meant so much to us because our cats each have their own little routines and needs. We also needed to add one extra visit at the last minute on our final day, and Jasmine was very flexible and accommodating, which we really appreciated. She also sent wonderful updates and took such sweet photos of them. The photos really helped us feel close to home while we were away. We are so grateful for the care she gave our little crew, and we would absolutely book Jasmine again.
Irina is very lovely lady and caring our cat so much! She followed all instructions, and visited our cat timely. She even stayed longer than our original booking window to spend time and play with Capy. Took a lot photos and video to make sure we feel comfortable during our leave. Our cat is a shy boy, usually hide from strangers but not to Irina. He even showed his belly with trust to her, that says something! Yamzel took great care of my cat while I was away👍She sent detailed daily updates and photos every day, which really helped me feel relaxed and worry-free during my trip. My cat is super shy and usually hides from new people, but Yamzel still managed to find him and send me cute pictures and updates. Julissa is wonderful! She took good care of my cat’s needs while we were away. Our cat is shy that he always hid away when strangers were in the house. But surprisingly he came to greet Julissa when she visited and even stayed close to her the entire time! That was the FIRST TIME we’ve ever seen! So she must have some magic that could make our cat very comfortable. Will rebook in the future!
