I have a very small service range within San Mateo so I can keep a small clientele and have more availability for you. Due to my schedule, I am only taking repeat clients close by and flexible with time but if you are far or have a schedule, I may not be able to do it consistently. In your request, please let me know how flexible the times are. Early morning and evenings work best for me. If you're in luck midday may work but keep in mind I may not be able to the next time. *If you have planned vacations in future, please check my calendar for my availability if you intend on booking me again. I will make sure your pets are well taken care of while you are away and send detailed updates on each visit. Sometimes I spend a little more time with the pet so that I can understand them and they are more comfortable with me in the future.

A typical day
It depends on the dog but for very active dogs, I do a run around the neighborhood or play with their favorite toys. If maintaining training is important, that is something I can add to the routine.

I live with my cat Cheerio (my partner's really but now mine too!) in San Mateo and enjoy taking care of animals. On visits, I take most care in following your instructions and while giving your dog or cat the attention and play time they want. Please be sure to read my availability section! I'm now doing dog hikes on weekend mornings but not accepting new regular dog walks.

Jasmine took amazing care of our four cats while we were away. All four of them are very shy and sensitive around new people, so I was honestly a little nervous about leaving them. But Jasmine’s calm, gentle, and patient energy really helped them feel safe and comfortable. Jasmine was also extremely detail oriented and followed all of our instructions carefully, which meant so much to us because our cats each have their own little routines and needs. We also needed to add one extra visit at the last minute on our final day, and Jasmine was very flexible and accommodating, which we really appreciated. She also sent wonderful updates and took such sweet photos of them. The photos really helped us feel close to home while we were away. We are so grateful for the care she gave our little crew, and we would absolutely book Jasmine again.
