About: I grew up with cats, dogs, a bearded dragon, and a whole lot of fish. I have a soft spot for spicy cats as I have one of my own. Currently, live in a space where I can't have a dog but if I could it would be a loveable rescue who loves to play and to go on walks. I've taken care of many friends and family pets over the years and excited to make some new furry (and scaly) friends! Through the summer my schedule is very flexible. I work at an elementary school as a reading tutor so during the school year I am available late afternoons/evenings and weekends. I am organized, outgoing, and friendly and as long as you have detailed instructions I feel confident taking care of your pets in your home.

About: I grew up on a dairy farm, and have been around many different animals over the years. I started out pet sitting for friends of family members, and families in my local community in my spare time. I have also taken care of a few senior pets over the years by making sure they get their right medications and foods throughout my stay. I also help take care of farm animals, outdoor bird feeders, along with indoor and outdoor plant watering and care. I currently have two cats, Scooter and Goose and they are my world. I am currently working about 20-25 hours a week. My current job is very flexible with hours and time that would allow me to stop in a care for your pets. I am available to do a few days, with the possibility of extending that period of time. I would be able to stop in and care for your pets before I head to work for the day (roughly 4 to 8 hours regularly, but can be flexible) and again after I am done with work for the day before engaging in any activities or turning in for the evening. I am open to stopping in daily and caring for you pets in your home as I dont have much space while I am currently living in the city with roommates and multiple pets in our household. If your pet has a favorite park, or yard to play in, I would be happy to engage in their favorite activities hwith them in those places.

About: I've had pets since I was a child. My best friend and I would catch lizards and insects growing up. I've volunteered at my local shelter (in Florida), and I often visit shelters to give animals attention. Friends and coworkers know me for my love for animals and entrust me with their care when they are away for a work day or an extended period of time. LGBTQIA+ friendly Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I live and work full-time in downtown St. Paul with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide care on workdays—whether that’s walks, check-ins, or some quality time. On weekends, I’m able to dedicate full days to pet care. I love going on neighborhood walks and outdoor excursions when the weather’s nice, and I’d be happy to have your fur baby join me. I always meet each pet where they’re at, whether they need lots of activity or a little extra emotional support. When caring for pets—whether in my home or a client’s—I focus on giving each animal the kind of attention and interaction that fits their personality. I’m happy to provide all the pets, cuddles, and playtime they want, but I always let them set the pace. I love playing fetch, being chased (or doing the chasing!), and I’m comfortable engaging in a bit of rough play with larger breeds when appropriate to help them burn off energy. I always respect an animal’s space and let them approach me first. With cats, for example, I’ll take things slowly and use gentle cues like slow blinking to help build trust. Whether your pet loves being a lap companion or just wants a calm presence nearby, I’m attentive to their needs and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in any environment.

About: I grew up with Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Labs, Malinois and Cane Corsos. I love small dogs just the same, but giant dogs require a special skill set as they often don’t realize their size and strength. For my day job I run my own private teaching business, where I practice the service, patience and discipline that I bring to my pets and pet owners. I make my own schedule as a freelance musician and private teacher so I have lots of flexibility. Generally mornings and mondays and fridays work best. Lots of experience walking, exercising, and feeding large and giant dogs, can crate or kennel if needed. As of right now I don’t do overnights, but might consider offers.

About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a kid. In middle school, I began taking care of family & friends’ dogs. I love spending quality time with dogs, getting to know their unique personalities, and honoring their needs. I am also an experienced dog groomer who values building a bond of trust with pets and their families. I am a full-time student from September-May. I work part-time during the summer, so I generally have more time to spend with your pet throughout the week. I play organ and sing at various churches every weekend, which occupies my Saturday evenings & Sunday mornings. I also practice music every weekday morning. About: As long as I can remember, I've absolutely adored playing with and caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Having had a dog since I was ten years old, I've had many years of personal experience caring for them, including but not limited to responsibilities such as feeding, walking, bathing, and distributing medication to them. As a full-time graduate student, I'll largely be available in the early mornings and late afternoons, as well as evenings, to care for your pets during the week. On weekends, I can be very flexible with timing based on your needs. Since your pets are a part of your family, I know just how important it is to have them feel safe, secure, and loved. I will give them the attention they need and ensure that they feel just as comfortable and taken care of as they do when you're around.

About: I’ve had dogs in my house since I was a baby. I groom and brush my dog’s teeth weekly. I love dogs and I will always give a home to one. I’ve had cats less than I’ve had dogs, I’ve always loved cats but wasn’t able to get one till now. His name is Piza and he has cerebella hypoplasia which is a brain condition which limits his coordination. If you have a pet with special needs that needs care, I’ve got you covered! I’m very familiar with cats having their own routines and schedules, so don’t be afraid to share all of your cats dislikes, likes and habits! I am someone who is able to match energy with your pets. If your pet is mellow, so can I! If your pet is hyper, so can I! I also have experience with farm animals. My family has a family farm and recently I’ve been taking care of a paralyzed goat which you can see in the last two photos! I’m a high school graduate and have a lot of free time this summer. I spend a lot of time with my dog in the summer at the dog park as well. I am a very clean person, I don’t leave out messes and always clean up after myself. “Leave it better than you found it”. .

About: I am new to Rover, but I have many years of experience in taking care of animals. In addition to living with cats and dogs for most of my life, I have also volunteered as a dog walker at the humane society. In addition to pets, I also volunteered at the Wildlife Science Center with feeding animals such as foxes, raccoons, bobcats, a lynx, and skunks, and I had the opportunity to care for wolf pups at the International Wolf Center. I am recently retired, so my schedule is flexible. I am available during the day and most evenings and am able to work around your schedule. I currently have two cats and previously had dogs, so I understand the importance of keeping them on a regular schedule. Being around animals gives me joy, so I look forward to spending quality time with your pet. I follow your instructions and make sure to follow your pet’s lead when interacting with them. I send you pictures, so you can see how your pet is doing when you are away. I can also check mail and water plants if needed.

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I can remember and the first thing I wanted to do when I moved out on my own was to get my own little puppy so I got my first mini dachshund who I named Bennie. He is the light of my life. I love him so much! I’m currently working part-time so I would expect to be able to visit a home once or twice a day. Probably once in the morning and once in the late afternoon or evening. I am very experienced with the dogs and I love to meet new dogs! I was raised around animals so I have a lot of experience with lots of different types of animals too.

About: Growing up in a house of animals, and having a small zoo of my own (2 dogs and 2 cats), I have a lot of experience taking care of animals. I have dog and cat sat for friends for years. I am currently available for Drop ins and Walks. I try to spend a bare minimum of 15 minutes with any drop in to make sure they get all the attention that they need. As the owner of a 15 lb dog and a 80 lb dog, I understand that all Walks aren't created equal. My Walks always vary based off of the needs of the dog. I am also an avid cat lover. I am more than happy to stop by and feed, clean the litter box, and snuggle/play with your feline friends. Currently I work full time on the West side of the cities, but I have Sundays and Mondays off to help with your animal needs. My hope is to expand my availability over time. My current weekend lines up with some weekdays. I spend most of those days out and about, so I'd love to check in on some cute animal while I am at it! Slow and steady is always best. I am a believer in letting animals come to you. I have experience with a kennel trained and unkennel trained dogs. As the owner of a 15 lb dog and a 80 lb dog, I am experienced in walking all sizes of dogs.
