Despite having only a short introductions, Katherine was an answer to our prayers. About: I grew up helping out at a dog boarding facility which lead to my love of dogs! I have a passion for working with animals, particularly dogs, and always prioritize their safety and wellbeing. I currently have a major is Psychology with a minor in Animal Science and spent time in college training dogs from the shelter. I have also been an accredited dog trainer for over a year now and have two of my own dogs that I train with every day. They may not always act like they are trained, but I promise they are! I spend a lot of my free time educating myself on current training methods and stay up to date on dog welfare, nutrition and health. I aim to get a Masters in Animal Behavior and help as many pet parents and pups as I can. I can’t wait to meet both you and your pup and join in on your journey! I work from home most days and have training sessions for a couple hours on weekday evenings and Sunday afternoons. I am never gone for long and have a very flexible schedule as I make my own hours. I have lots of experience around dog care, nutrition, enrichment and safety. I will always make sure your fur baby is safe and comfortable in their home and prioritize their health and wellbeing.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and love making new furry friends! My dog care experience ranges from senior dogs with health needs to puppies with boundless energy to reactive dogs. I prioritize safety, positivity, and fun! You can feel confident that your pet will be in responsible hands — and having a great time while you’re away. I love being outside, and I’m passionate about meeting dogs’ needs for both mental and physical stimulation with creative enrichment activities. I work remotely, so I’d love to hang out with your pup while I take a Zoom meeting or go on a walk over my lunch break. I’m also available many weeknights and weekends. Safety is top priority for me. I’m proactive in ensuring my environment is as safe as possible, with nothing potentially harmful to pets in the vicinity. My yard is not fenced, so dogs are leashed when we go outside.

About: I’ve been around dogs constantly since birth. There have only been a few years of my life without any dogs in the house! I work at a dog daycare full time, so I'm accustomed to both puppies and seniors of all sizes. I work at Dog Days in St. Paul full time in afternoon and evenings, but I can pretty much always do anytime before noon and after 6:30. My days off are a bit inconsistent. Dogs are basically furry children. They can’t communicate directly, so they resort to barking, growling, or even biting. I’m experienced in figuring out why a dog is acting out and calming them down before things get out of hand. What looks like “being annoying” is usually boredom, need for water, or anxiety!

“Sharron does a great job and communicates well with us on schedule adjustments. Fiona my Goodendoodle waits at the door for her to pull up to the house and is excited to see her every walk.”

“Remy is great with my dog! She is communicative and thorough. I know my dog is in great care with her. She is also a great photographer and sends the best pictures! I highly recommended Remy!”

About: I've spent the past four years as a pet sitter for my friends and family within the community. This allowed me to work with many cats and dogs, within a large range of ages and needs, successfully providing thorough, loving care tailored to them with the collaboration of their owners. Additionally, I work as a veterinary assistant during the school year, working directly with cats, dogs, and their owners, gaining valuable experience as I navigate their medical needs and wonderful, unique personalities! During my time in this position, I’ve gained experienced administering medications orally and subcutaneously. Finally, last summer I spent my weekends as a volunteer dog walker at a local humane society. Not only working with dogs of various backgrounds, ages, and energy levels, I learned to cater to their needs and determine distances, durations, and activities during their walks and outings that were most beneficial to them! As of now, I’m looking for opportunities to continue offering caring, reliable pet care within my community, whether that’s drop in visits, walks, or even overnight pet sitting! I'm currently a college student enjoying summer in my hometown, so I have minimal obligations, allowing me to have lots of time during the morning, afternoon, and evening hours to visit and walk with pets! My availability is flexible during the week, as well as the weekends. I am available to match the needs of the pets! Whether that is visiting with pets, making sure they’re fed or sent outside, playing, or going out for walks, I'm happy to do whatever is needed to make sure your pets are happy and comfortable at home while you're away.

About: With over 20 years of experience, I am an expert in caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to cherished senior pets. I provide personalized care tailored specifically to each dog’s breed, personality, and life stage, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Reliability, communication, and trust are the cornerstones of my services. I pride myself on delivering exceptional customer service, which sets me apart in the industry.
