My husband and I are the owners of Potty Paws Pet Care, with over 15 years in business together and 20+ years of hands-on pet care experience. I am Pet First Aid & CPR certified, and we specialize in senior dogs and special-needs pets who need calm, attentive, and knowledgeable care. We provide a safe, peaceful, and low-stress home environment for dogs who benefit from gentle routines, close supervision, and personalized attention. We are experienced with medication schedules, mobility challenges, anxiety, recovery care, and age-related changes, and we pride ourselves on clear, thoughtful communication with pet parents. Unlike high-volume pet sitters, our care is intentionally small-scale and carefully structured, allowing us to truly know each dog and adjust to their unique needs. This makes us an ideal fit for senior pets, special-needs dogs, and dogs who prefer a quieter, more nurturing environment. Safety, consistency, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. We are also trained in advanced safety care and emergency preparedness for pets which strengthens our ability to respond calmly and confidently in any situation.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the beginning, communication was outstanding, and I received regular updates that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Diesel wasn't just being watched; he was genuinely cared for and loved as if he were part of the family. I will absolutely be using them again without hesitation. It was very enjoyable to meet Remy and Kevin. They obviously are big animal lovers. They took very good care of Tully while I was gone.
Finley loves going to their home and they are able to adjust to Finley’s high medical needs. They keep me informed and I am always at ease when Finley is there.
We are so happy to have found Remy and Kevin to watch our dog when traveled out of town!! They are responsive, welcoming, and their genuine love for animals and care really shines. We are more comfortable traveling now that we can leave our Pablo in their loving home.
Remy and Kevin are always soooo great with Lilly! Even when she refuses to come inside because she had too much fun on their walk and sniffs. They are so gentle with her and help her with her medication too!

Their home is comfortable, welcoming, and truly dog-friendly, with a large fenced backyard where the doggy guests can safely play and explore. The best part is knowing our pups receive the same love, attention, and care they get at home. We never worry when they’re with Remy and Kevin because we know they’re happy, safe, and well cared for. We joke that its our dogs’ “spa retreat”—they come home relaxed, content, and excited for their next visit!

My husband and I both work from home, allowing us to provide consistent supervision, attentive care, and a steady presence throughout the day. Your pet has regular access to us, a secure backyard, and daily walks.

We live near a park that’s perfect for leisurely, sniff-focused walks. Well-behaved pets are welcome on our furniture, and affection is always given in ways that respect each pet’s comfort and boundaries.

A typical day
A typical day includes (if able) leisurely walks, supervised outdoor time in our fully fenced backyard, and gentle play such as ball tossing, based on each dog’s energy level. We only accept dogs who are comfortable around other dogs, allowing for safe, compatible play that helps them burn energy in a relaxed, positive way.
