About: I love all animals and owning dogs, a cat and a rabbit myself, working professionally as a kennel hand and trainer, and caring for some other fuzzy friends during my day-to-day makes me a great choice for most of your doggie day (or evening!) care. I spend lots of time at our local dog park and our own back yard exercising my pups. I have experience professionally training working and hunting dogs, and taking care of puppies and elderly dogs. The main thing I hope to achieve with your dog is to have some fun, get myself some extra exercise and hopefully be a good companion for your dog while you’re away If you have any further questions or want references, feel free to message me, thank you! I work a full time job remotely, so I often have free time during the week and during the evenings, especially for house/pet sitting in other’s homes. I like to fill that time with Rover I will be hanging out with your furry friends and try to follow their cues as far as plans go! I do know CPR for dogs and am familiar with injection and other medication administration for both dogs and cats. Any special instructions on how you care for your pets will be followed. Thunderstorm, anxiety, and firework situations are also understandable and can be accommodated. I will comfort them as best as l can! *CONSTANT CARE RATES IE: IF YOUR PET CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME EXCLUDING ANY WALKS, PLEASE INFORM ME PRIOR TO BOOKING/CONFIRMATION

About: I have had and lived with dogs for about 20 years and first pet sat (chickens and two cats) at about age twelve (~14 years ago). I have been watching animals (mostly dogs) with frequency since about age 13. I began by watching the neighbor's dog on occasion, and a couple years later spent the summer volunteering in an animal shelter (cats and dogs). After moving to Minnesota, I began to watch my aunts' dogs and cat when they would go out of town and watched, walked, and cared for my roommate's cat and neighbors' dogs between 2020 and 2024. I still watch my aunts' dog Cinnamon for them periodically and sometimes walk their neighbors' dogs. I grew up with a three-legged golden/lab mix, and following that and other experiences, dogs with special needs such as senior and disabled dogs hold a special place in my heart, as do dogs with anxiety or nervousness. While I have the most experience with dogs, I have also cared for and/or spent time with other pets and critters including cats, chickens, hermit crabs, exotic birds, and goats! I am a recent graduate working very part time while I work on next steps. This fortunately means that I am often free while others are at work during the day and accordingly happy to walk, feed, and keep pets company when you are away. I am generally a calm and put-together type of person. If I am hired to stay over with a dog or cat--as opposed to simply walking/taking them out or feeding them--you can expect me to play with them if they want, or curl up on the couch with a good book if all they want is company/cuddles. My super power with dogs is regulating myself to help regulate them--something I learned working with anxious shelter dogs--I have lost count of the number of times I've heard variations on "I've never seen her/him this calm/friendly meeting someone before."
“Alli was absolutely amazing! She was very responsive and did a fantastic job taking care of our cats while we were away. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and would be honored to have her as our rover again! :)”

“Sophie was great! Our normal sitter was unavailable and I was worried we wouldn’t find someone in time for our trip. Sophie was flexible and accommodating to my cat’s routine which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend booking with Sophie!”

“We love Liz! We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing our 2 cats were in such caring and capable hands. We got regular updates, photos, and little notes. We highly recommend Liz to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their furry family members!”

“Angela was great! She is very experienced and very comfortable with any and all instructions I gave! She took great care of my cats, and I never worried about them while I was gone!”

“Natalie did great with my special-needs cat. I was short on time due to a different pet sitter canceling last-minute, and Natalie handled all of my requests perfectly. Will definitely book again.”

“Lacie went above and beyond caring for our dog while we were away! She is a fantastic communicator which really put our minds at ease while we were out of town. We really appreciate her kindness and generosity for our dog, and we could tell he was incredibly well cared for while we were gone. We could not recommend her service enough! Thank you!!”
“I highly recommend Paige. Upon our return our home smelt normal and Sasha’s litter was clean. Paige was able to administer meds to her which was no easy feat. We will keep booking her if she is available.”

About: I grew up with all kinds of dogs on a ranch growing up. I raised them from puppies all the way to their senior years. Every life stage has its experiences. I can provide medication, other special needs care, and special food with proper instructions as every dog is different. I will make sure to spend time with every dog with play time, attention which could be petting or just sitting with them. Their happiness matters the most if their family isn't home! I can help train basic things with puppies like at meal times I've been good with making sure they don't come crashing into the food before I have time to set it down. Or in general with simple people interactions. Nothing complex. Every dog is important! I currently have a flexible schedule as I'm currently in between jobs. This allows me to give every pet the proper attention and care they need with no time constraints. I will be respectful to the home I enter and all the pets inside the home. I will make sure the house is left perfect as I found it. I will make sure the pets are happier then I found them! My motto is "treat the home like how I'd want mine treated for both pets and the house."
“Kayleah is great! She helped us out last minute and was so efficient with communication during our time away. Our cat is also very particular about strangers and she did a great job taking care of him. We will continue to book her if we ever need someone to take care of our little fur babies while we’re gone.”

“Sarah came through for us again by doing a 1 hour drop in visit to feed, play with the dogs and let them relieve themselves in the yard. We are so lucky to have her on our team! Also her pictures are always better than the ones I take myself. Thank you!”

“Katie was great, she came through on a somewhat last minute request when my prior sitter was no longer available, and made it work! I came home to a pretty mellow kitty and had the ease of knowing she was getting some love while I was away. No complaints!!”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 15, both in my neighborhood and for the past 2 years for staff and faculty at college I can take care of dogs that are good spending at least 5 hours alone, because of work I am gone in the morning until 2pm (but I can go take care of them in the early morning, then come back and check in around 3pm and then come back and stay with them for the night) I cant take pets to my own house. Only house sitting requests please. Because the house I am at currently does not allow pets, thanks.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, iguanas, peacocks, and more for over 30 years! As a lifelong animal lover I followed a pre-veterinary path in school and have experience with various animals including many special needs and senior pets of my own. I’m well-versed in pilling dogs & cats, subcutaneous injections, inhaler use for dogs & cats, and basic first aid. I’m familiar with difficult dogs (I’ve been trained well by my 15yo Shiba Inu!), and pets with unique behavioral needs. I’m happy to treat your pet with the love & care they deserve so you can rest easy while you’re away for work or play! I’m currently taking online courses part-time, and my sweet senior pup recently passed, so my schedule is flexible. I have the time and energy needed to ensure your pets get the stimulation and care they deserve even when their human is away :) I’m dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable environment for your pet. I have the patience needed to ensure they feel relaxed and cared for.
About: I have lived with and taken care of a variety of animals my whole life. I have had dogs, cats, and even rats. I am very comfortable around them. I am looking to spend more time with animals. I am available all five days of the week. I am flexible as to what time of day. To let your dog out, I will put it on a leash and take it outside. If you occasionally crate your dog when inside, I will be able to accomodate that as well.

“Andrea was great. She arranged meetings free of charge to see if everything was a good fit before we committed. She often sent pictures to us to let us know our puppy was well taken care of. She also gave us many tips that were well appreciated as first-time puppy owners. Your pooch will be in great hands if you go with Andrea.”

Saint Paul dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kelsey was fantastic! Ollie and Lola loved her. She left the house in great shape and we had aproplem with a complaining neighbor (who always complains) that the dogs barked and Kelsey had too many dogs to walk so Kelsey spent the night! Very flexible. She sent photos! I'd hire her again in a heartbeat.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful meet and greet with Xinia. She was calm, polite, and very attentive. She had clearly taken the time to read Mr. Grey’s profile beforehand, which I truly appreciated — it showed thoughtfulness and preparation. She listened carefully to all directions and asked great clarifying questions. I especially valued how reassuring she was regarding the Rover app and confirming our repeat weekly walks while I’m at work. As a pet parent transitioning back to a full-time leadership role, that reassurance meant a lot. She was prompt (actually early!), professional, and has a grounded presence that felt like a great fit for Mr. Grey. I feel confident moving forward with her and look forward to a consistent routine for him. Highly recommend!

Hannah was absolutely fantastic with our pups over the weekend! She did great with administering oral medication to our senior dog and arrived on time and stayed the full length of the visit for every visit. Our dogs love her and we can’t wait to book with her next time!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our pets received while we were away. She went above and beyond for all of our furry family making sure they were well-fed, loved, and kept on their routines. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She also kept us updated with messages and photos, which meant so much while we were gone. We came home to very happy and relaxed pets. We would recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable to watch their pets.
Jill was fantastic! Leaving our pets at home and being gone for a week was difficult. We felt better every time Jill stopped in to check on them and provided us with updates and pics. I cannot say enough good things about Jill and the peace of mind she provided.
