“Was able to help last minute and was great with my new puppy and bigger pup. Greatly appreciate her being able to help out so last minute. Will use Jessica again!”

“Anna has been wonderful. I have a pretty reactive German Shepherd, so finding someone who can be patient during the warming-up period can be challenging. Kaya has already made great progress in getting comfortable with Anna, which is a true reflection of Anna's kind and calm nature. Anna has only worked with Kaya twice, but I’m planning to schedule regular visits based on the great results we’ve seen so far.”
About: I have lived with cats since I was 14 years old and have looked after cats and dogs independently since I was 16. I am comfortable with administering medications from my time working at Grand Avenue Veterinary Clinic. I typically work a week day that leaves me away from the house from the hours of 7am to 7pm. Please consider this when determining if I would be a good option for caring for your furry family! As I will be in your and your pets home, making sure everyone is comfortable with me in the space! My goal is to make your pet as comfortable as possible while you are away. If you have any specific concerns about going on walks or interacting with other humans and pets please let me know so I can abide by what works best for your family. I have been trained on how to pill animals who are nervous about medication to ensure that your pet recieves their medication and remains safe and supported in the process. If you should ask me to take care of your home I make sure to grab the mail daily and follow the motto of leave it better than you found it! I want to have you to come home to a clean house.
“Christina has been such a lifesaver for me! Brought home a puppy in June and had to go back to school in August and pup wasnt able to hold it for 8 hours yet! Christina came over multiple days a week to play with her and take her out while I was working! It was nice to not have to worry about the pup while I was at work!”

“Jamie is absolutely amazing. She really cares and you can tell. Conan (Vizsla - 5yrs old) fell in love with her the minute they met! And he was such a happy and tired boy when I returned home. Thank you Jamie for taking such good care of my baby!”

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog owner for 16 years and recently experienced the loss of my beloved dachshund, which inspired me to continue sharing my love and care with dogs. I enjoy helping neighbors with pet care, taking dogs on walks, and spending quality time with a furry friend. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m reliable, attentive, and available for drop in and dog walking to help provide peace of mind and consistent care. I'm currently working Full time in a Hybrid remote position Monday-Friday, with flexible evening and weekend availability. I'm available for Drop Ins and Dog Walks. I do not currently offer house sitting services. I care for pets in your home by maintaining their normal routines, providing attention, exercise, and a calm environment where they feel safe and comfortable. I prioritize trust and communication by following all care instructions carefully, keeping homes clean and secure, and providing updates to owners for peace of mind.
“Celia has done an amazing job watching my cat Thelma when I am out of town. She always leaves prompt updates, responds quickly to any notes or questions and takes the best pictures of Thelma which are always a treat to see when I am away.”

“Jill was great! She was on time and communicated thoroughly before, during, and after her visit with my dog. I would recommend her for anyone who needs a pet sitter!”

About: I had a few dogs growing up (a cairn terrior and a yellow lab) and have been dog sitting for the last 6 years off and on from anywhere from a few hours up to 3 months. I work from home Mondays and Thursdays and have a typical 8-430 schedule. My significant other, Jake, has a flexible schedule as well for drop off/pick up times. While working from home I am available to take doggos on walks/runs and play! For days that I am in the office, I am able to run home on lunch for potty breaks if the doggo needs! I have a house with a large yard. While it is not fenced in, there is plenty of room to run and play on our 30 ft cable. I have a 12 year old son who loves to play with and love on doggies. I live near a lake and a park with a swimming beach if your doggo likes swimming! (I am more than happy to gives baths as well) I will also take lots of photos and have open communication so that owners can know their furbabies are having fun and in good hands!

About: I have a very flexible schedule and I'm happy to be there for walks and potty breaks or house and pet sitting as-needed. Minnesota native. I look forward to hearing from you. I have a small dog of my own and I take her for walks as needed, although she has severe arthritis and needs daily medication and monitoring. I am accustomed to letting her out to go to the bathroom at least every 4-5 hours. She is my pride and joy, and I'll ensure your canine family member is treated with equal care. I also care for my mother's large dogs often and grew up with larger breeds. There are 3 dogs in my household already, so boarding your dog at my residence may be a challenge, but I have done it before with enough time for a couple meet and greets beforehand. I am more than willing to come to you for your overnight needs or for daily walks and playdates.
About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life and regularly help neighbors, friends, and family with pet sitting and drop-in visits. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, administering basic medications, and caring for both energetic puppies and senior pets. I treat every animal like my own and prioritize safety, consistency, and clear communication with owners. I work full-time but maintain a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate daily drop-ins, walks, and overnight care when needed. Pet care is built into my routine — caring for my own animals is the first and last part of every day. I prioritize reliability and consistency, and I communicate clearly about availability. My home has a fully fenced yard with plenty of secure space for supervised outdoor play. Inside, I have hardwood floors and an open layout with room for pets to relax comfortably. I have two crates available if needed and maintain structured areas for feeding, water, rest, and play. Safety, supervision, and routine are my top priorities, and I ensure pets are monitored and comfortable at all times.

“Rachel did a great job taking care of our cat while we were out of town. We loved getting our daily Pickles update and she was a happy cat when we got home!”

“Bethany did amazing with my two cats & was super flexible on dates/times when I had some last-minute changes! Loved the photos and will definitely have her on the list as a repeat sitter!”
About: I have over 13 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and various other animals, including daily feeding, grooming, training, and keeping pets happy, healthy, and active. As a full-time college student, I find it important to disconnect from school, destress, and relax — and caring for pets is one of my favorite ways to do that. Additionally, with most of my classes being in the morning, I'll have plenty of time in the evening to say hello! As someone who lives in an apartment, I have found that it is important to keep my animals both physically active, mentally stimulated, and well-groomed.

About: I had a red lab growing up named Hobie. He was the sweetest dog ever! I love dogs and cats both. I have owned a cat before and love them as well. I’m fun and friendly and love treating animals like part of the family! I love going on long walks with dogs and meeting new friends at the dog park!! I work remote from home so I can spend all day with your pet! I enjoy going on walks and runs and going to the dog park also!! I live in an apartment with a dog park and also have all cat supplies at my homes. I am easy going and friendly. I put the pets needs first and make sure to give them lots of love and attention!
“Joel provided an amazing drop-in service for us twice daily for 6 days for our 4 senior Dachshunds. He communicated with us each time he stopped by and sent pictures of the pups eating, getting some outdoor play time and settling down for naps until his next visit. They truly bonded with him because he gave them the kind of attention they crave—food, belly rubs and back scratches. One of the pups is blind and he helped her up and down the steps to walk in the grass. We could enjoy our trip knowing our pups were getting great care and attention while their needs were being met. Very satisfied with the job Joel did for us!!”

About: Raised on a hobby farm, I've had a lifelong love for animals. When we bought our first home, my first instinct was to find a doggie friend. For over 15 years, I've cared for dogs, my own and those of friends/family. I work from home and can attend to their needs 24/7. I work from home and have the flexibility to take dogs out for bathroom breaks as often as needed. I usually do afternoon walks and can walk as long as 5 miles with dogs if they have high energy needs, but I also play with them in my fully fenced yard. I have 1 dog who loves the company of other dogs, and he quickly learns when to give others their space. I am attentive to body language to learn when dogs need space, love, snacks, or exercise.

North Saint Paul dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kirsten did a wonderful job of 3 home visits! We had never done this before with our dogs. Our 6 year old is a little skittish but she went potty and finally ate for Kirsten. Our one year old white Shepard loved the attention and walk! We came home to 2 pretty calm puppies! We would definitely recommend her. Sent pictures at every visit with updates.

They looked to have been well fed and happy when I got home. I always appreciate your willingness to communicate essentials so that important detail doesn’t get missed and that you were not put off by the snow. I am sure they loved your stories and I am grateful that someone they know and trust attends to them. Maturity and experience mean everything.
