“I booked Emily last minute for my parents’ dog after their usual place had to cancel suddenly due to an emergency. Emily was very responsive and we were able to book a meet and greet the next morning before dropping our pup off to stay in the afternoon. My mom was delighted with the stay and how much fun our dog was clearly having! “My daughter searched Rover for a dog sitter near our location. We needed to find and vet someone very quickly as we needed to start the boarding the following day. Emily responded quickly to all our questions, confirmed availability for the dates needed, and agreed to a meet and greet the following morning. From the moment my dog met hers, he was very excited to play. We chatted while with dogs got acquainted. We all agreed my dog seemed like a good fit. He had a terrific time during his stay. Emily sent lots of photos each day of the dogs playing together, as well as an eloquent recap of the day. She was responsive to questions and comments alike. I have already booked another stay. I am delighted to have such a friendly and caring dog sitter on my go to list.””

“Kathleen was amazing and took such good care of our 5-month-old puppy Bos'n (aka Boats). We were just a few days ahead of leaving for a vacation and were feeling uneasy about putting him into a boarding situation for the first time. Kathleen was quick to respond to my initial message and we scheduled a meet-and-greet for that night. She was warm and friendly and took notes as we discussed his schedule, habits and quirks. We felt 100% confident leaving Boats in her care. I loved that she sent frequent updates and LOTS of pictures so I could see what he was up to (which was having lots of fun playtime with her sweet dog, Levvy, and enjoying subsequent nap times!). I also screwed up the pickup time and she was understanding and accommodating, which I appreciated since I was out of state so couldn't get there any earlier. Lastly, she left a sweet thank you note and printed photo in with Boats' bag, which I thought was a sweet and classy move. I will DEFINITELY be asking Kathleen to watch our fur baby again!”

We have used the same sitter for the last two years and when they were unavailable we choose Katie to watch our Reggae and we definitely made the right choice.
