I was worried about dog care for my high every standard poodle. I found Monika on rover.com so I booked Arlo for a week-long stay while I was out of town. If I could give Katy more than 5 stars I absolutely would. My pup is a wheelchair pup who has a little more needs than some others might and Katy was extremely accommodating. She made her home his for the weekend. I’m usually nervous about leaving him places but she far surpassed my expectations when it came to caring about Miko! She was patient and thoughtful and updated me with lots of pics so I could still be in the loop. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone to take care of their pup.
I was relieved right away from worry as Nicole sent pictures of my dog with her dog cuddled up together and happy, she also included pictures right away of their daily walks. Both things helped me right away to feel comfortable that Bella was doing fine. Each day we had contact by email and again as a first timer that was important to me. Bella has not been a good eater in the past few weeks and they noticed and did extra to try to get her to eat by hand as that she did. Excellent care and all was appreciated.
Ali was truly exceptional with my dog, Gatsby. As a very anxious dog owner, I do not trust easily when it comes to leaving my dog in someone else’s care. Good pet care means so much more than just watching them. It’s about understanding their routine, making sure they’re safe, supervised, exercised, treated kindly, and cared for in a way that feels thoughtful. Ali went above and beyond in every way. Before even agreeing to watch Gatsby, she took the time to meet with us multiple times at the dog park so our dogs could get to know each other and make sure everyone was comfortable. She also welcomed us to her home beforehand so Gatsby could get used to the environment, the smells, and feel more familiar before his stay. That level of care and intention meant so much to me. Ali’s background in training and as a vet tech gave me even more confidence, and it was clear from the start that she is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and experienced. Most importantly, she made me feel completely at ease. By the end of it, I had zero worries and knew Gatsby was in safe, capable, and loving hands, and that he was having a great time. If you’re someone who gets anxious about leaving your dog with anyone, I honestly can’t think of a better person to trust. Ali is the kind of sitter who goes the extra mile, and that peace of mind is priceless.
Kya was amazing with Finley! Finley is a 2 year old German Shepard/Husky mix and has a lot of energy and gets bored easily! Kya kept her and the other dogs busy. Finley loved playing with the other pups. I would 100% book with Kya again. Loved all the updates and pics she sent everyday! Gave us piece of mind that our baby was being well cared for! Thank you Kya!!!
Janine takes such great care of our dog Blaze! She goes above and beyond our expectations everytime he is with her! We know he loves to stay with Janine because she really treats him like her own pet. He loves her too. As soon as he sees me pack his bag, he knows where he is going and can't wait. All I have to say is "You get to go to Janine's house" and he immeadiately is wagging his tail. Blaze loves all of the walks Janine takes him on with neighborhood dog pals and their owners. She also, plays with him alot. We know he is in safe, caring hands with Janine!
