“My dog was well cared for - even pampered by being allowed to sleep on the humans' bed. She came home happy and a little tired after a weekend with Danielle's 2 much younger, more active, but very gentle dogs. Danielle has a very large, secure yard for the dogs to play in and explore. Between the outdoor space and the young dogs to play with, Flicka got lots of good exercise.”

“Rex loves going to Alicja’s house, she takes great care of him and he can’t wait to go back. Every time we are in the area he gets excited.Alicja has been wonderful, we highly recommend her.”

“Julie and her family were great!! Super responsive, sent lots of updates/photos, and really friendly! Will absolutely be rebooking with her and her family!”

“Katie had very good communication with setting up our first experience with her. This was the first time we left our dog with a sitter and she gave us great piece of mind so we could enjoy our time away without worrying about our dog. She send many updates and pictures/videos so we could see our dog was having a good time. I would recommend and use her again.”

“Luke and Rachel are phenomenal dog sitters! They took great care of our sweet girl for a 5-day stay. Great communication. Ripley seemed happy in the photos and when we picked her up. We felt that she was well-loved during her stay! Ripley can't wait to be back and we definitely plan on using Luke and Rachel again soon. Thanks again!”

“Hands down, Dynette is the best pet sitter I have ever used! She went above and beyond with my dog! She kept me informed and sent me pictures throughout the week and I have never been on a trip and felt so at ease about leaving my dog! I knew that my dog was in great hands and getting lots of love! I was so pleased that I am booking her for another vacation in a few months!”

“We did a trial overnight and our Murray came home calm and content. As a senior dog he can take a little longer to settle down in new situations. Theresa and Mike communicated openly about how he adjusted.”

“Kyle provided a comfortable stay for my dog Len's first Rover experience. Even though it was a pretty short stay it was so nice to get pictures and an update on how Len was doing. Will definitely be using Kyle again!”

“Very pleasant couple and adorable dog Luna. Send pictures and updates on Chester during his stay with them. Fenced yard was great with camera to know when the dogs wanted back in the house.”

“Monika was great! She took good care of our goose, sending us photos so we could see how he was doing. We felt very comfortable that he was well cared for and will use her services again. Highly recommended.”

About: Hi! We’re Brock and Laura, and we’d love to welcome your dog into our home. We have two young kids (both under 7) who absolutely love dogs, so our house is full of fun, love, and plenty of attention for our furry guests. We currently do not have any pets of our own as our dog passed a few years ago. Both of us work from home full-time, which means someone is almost always here. Your dog will have lots of companionship, regular potty breaks, and won’t be left alone for long stretches. We live across from the Oakdale Nature Preserve, so daily walks are part of our routine. If your dog enjoys playing with other dogs and you’re comfortable with it, we’re also happy to visit a nearby Oakdale Bark Park for some supervised fun. Every dog is different, and we love getting to know their unique personality. Whether your pup loves long walks, playing fetch, or just curling up on the couch, we’ll do our best to make them feel right at home. We’re happy to stick to their normal routine, administer medications if needed, and send plenty of photo updates so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands. Our kids have been taught to be gentle and respectful with animals, and all interactions are always supervised by Brock or Laura. We know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, and we’ll care for them like they’re one of our own. A quick note about our home: We're a family with young children, so we have a few breed restrictions to help ensure everyone is comfortable and safe. At this time, we're unable to accept Pit Bulls or Pit Bull mixes. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll reach out if your pup is a good fit for our home! As a work-from-home family, pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine. We take dogs for a minimum of two walks per day, and someone is always home to provide company, bathroom breaks, and attention throughout the day. We’re an active family who spends evenings and weekends outdoors, and pups are welcome to join us for any activities they’re comfortable with — from park visits to family outings. Children in our home will be active participants in caring for the dog — helping with things like brushing, playtime, and gentle daily interaction. Adults handle the core responsibilities of walking and feeding to ensure consistency and the dog’s wellbeing.

“Janine will definitely be our go-to dog sitter. She gave our pup all the attention she could have dreamed for and makes a point to get to know the dogs she watches and cares for them as individuals being keen to their needs and wants.”

“We’re so glad we found Robert to watch our puppy during our first vacation since adopting a dog. Robert was quick to respond to messages and answered all our questions. Our dog loved playing in the fenced yard and made so many new friends! He was well cared for and we enjoyed getting photos, videos and updates during his stay. We’d definitely use Robert again.”

“Monica did an amazing job with our Izzy. She made sure Izzy got all of her exercise, loved on her, played with her and was responsive with pictures and texts. Would highly recommend her and use her again.”

“Claire helped me out so much! This was my first time using Rover and she made it stress free! She updated me everyday and when I had traveling problems she was able to take Milo for another night without any hesitation 🙂 Milo even had trouble leaving when I picked him up he had so much fun with her. 1000% recommend to anyone!!”

“Tristan and Bill are awesome. I needed a last minute place to bring my Rottie/Lab mix. They were very accommodating, and willing to help me out on short notice.”
“Cooper was in great care while we were on vacation! Highly recommend Dale and Betsy as care for your pet. Very kind, gentle and provided daily pictures of his loving care they provided.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - North Saint Paul
Dynette kept us well updated with messages and pictures throughout our dog’s stay. From the way she shared about her experiences, it was clear that she genuinely enjoys caring for dogs and taking the time to get to know their individual personalities. We really appreciated the care and attention she gave our dog and would happily have her sit for us again!

Danielle was absolutely wonderful with Kura! She took such great care of him and sent us lots of photos and updates throughout his stay, which we really appreciated. Kura looked so happy and comfortable with her, and it was obvious that he had a great time playing with her and the other dogs. He’s a very energetic and playful boy, and Danielle was incredibly patient and caring with him. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We would absolutely book with Danielle again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter. Thank you so much, Danielle! ❤️

Stan was fantastic with my dog! My dog spent two days and two nights in his care recently on very short notice. Stan asked many thoughtful questions about my dog’s needs and then shared his care style with me. Stan has two lovely dogs who were amazing companions and a great yard for them to play in. He also kept me updated throughout the duration of the stay with photos and videos every 24 hours. I felt very included and informed. I will definitely be booking with Stan again in the future! Thank you, Stan!

Lauren was very patient dealing with my little one who is afraid to leave my side, fearful of other dogs, and stubborn to relieve herself as trained. She went above and beyond to make her feel at home. I would love to have her care for my 2 dogs again, if she'll have us !!
Ashley was perfect for our Freya. Freya was a little timid going to a new place, but as soon as we met and spoke with Ashley, I knew she would be in good hands. Ashley has a calming, caring demeanor. She welcomed Freya, who warmed right up to her. Her own dog was sweet and lovely and welcomed Freya as well. Ashley's home is in a very quiet neighborhood with nice walking areas. She sent photos of Freya on walks, resting on the sofa, and even performing a trick for a treat. I was very happy with her and will call her again next time we need a Rover.com. Lori M.

Monika was GREAT with our 2 dogs! She watched them while we were off getting married and then off to our honeymoon. Over the 16 day long stay they had with her, Monika would send daily pictures and updates which we LOVED!!! She cared for my Bubbles even with a cruciate ligament tear in one of her knees. Monika had previous experience with her own dog and was able to care for Bubbles and her injury until she could get in for surgery. Overall, you can tell Monika LOVE animals and LOVES what she does. Leaving our dogs in Monika’s care is the best decision we could’ve made! :)
