“We needed a last minute booking after a different plan fell through. Kathleen let us do a meet and greet quickly and things "clicked" between our dogs. So the next day, we I brought our dog over. She was attentive to all details and what she could do to make our dog comfortable. she sent lots of pics and kept us updated with how things were going. It helped me feel much more relaxed knowing our dog was happy and cared for. He did SO WELL because of Kathleen's love and care. This ended up not only helping us have good care for our dog, but it definitely helped him come out of his shell more and experience dog play and fun, which he had not previously known. What a delight! I'm confident we'll book with Kathleen many more times.”

When we booked the wrong weekend, she shifted our reservation to the next week. When we wanted to adjust the drop off/pick up time by an hour or so, she was very accommodating. “Tristan was fabulous. Sully is not often separated from me or my husband; he usually travels with us if we go anywhere. But when a quick trip took us across the country, we knew Rover was what we needed. After perusing through the available sitters, Tristan came up as one of the most highly reviewed, and has a high amount of repeat customers. It was a perfect match; Sully gets very anxious when I leave him, and when I walked out the door after dropping him off, it was no different. I also am stressed, so Tristan pulled double duty and calmed me down through pictures and text updates, and calmed him down through lots of cuddles. He became pretty comfortable by the end of the stay so I'm sure he'll be way more comfortable next time. We know we'll use Tristan again in the future.”
