Dog parents share their Rover experiences - West Saint Paul
I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the beginning, communication was outstanding, and I received regular updates that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Diesel wasn't just being watched; he was genuinely cared for and loved as if he were part of the family. I will absolutely be using them again without hesitation. Thank you both for taking such incredible care of my little buddy.

Our dogs really enjoyed their time with Andrea (so much so that it was hard to get one of them to leave!). Andrea is very responsive and was flexible when something came up that required us to extend their boarding by a day. We appreciate that she has experience with a wide range of dogs and thoroughly enjoys taking care of them!

Angela did a great job with Yoda. The thunderstorms and fireworks made him a bit nervous, but Angela handled it well, and he did fine. She was very responsive, kept us updated with pictures, and was quite flexible and went out of her way to accommodate a change in our pickup plans. We would certainly have Yoda stay with her again.
Kristina was amazing. Her flexibility with our schedule and her very apparent love for what she does is so clear and comforting for us as we leave her in complete care of our beloved family member. We highly recommend Kristina as an excellent resource for the care and well being of your pet.

Our little Prairie Dog had a great stay with Jon and Natalie! This was our first experience leaving her with non-family members and we could tell she was very comfortable with them. It really seems like they treated her as if she was their own - which is exactly what we were hoping for! Will definitely reach out to them again!

Nicole and David were great. They sent us pictures and some videos on. How are Max was doing at their house. Playing and sleeping with there dogs. we are so happy we found a place we can leave our pet and he’s well taken care of and probably a little bit spoiled lol Thank you

Simon was very friendly and knowledgeable on caring for Ramzy. He introduced him to multiple different dogs, so while we were away, it just seemed like Ramzy was on his own little vacay with friends. Updated me daily with pictures and videos I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter.
