We found Simon at the last minute when another sitter cancelled on us. I have a three month old puppy and was so hesitant to leave him but Simon sent pics and videos everyday several times and that really eased my mind. We saw that our puppy was playing with another puppy and having a great time. I will for sure be booking with Simon again. He lives what he does and it shows.
I highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for a reliable, communicative, and professional sitter. I needed several days of watching for my older dog, and Ryan was more than willing to keep an eye on her for several days. He was respectful, and he also went above and beyond to help me with transportation due to an unexpected delay/issue on my end. I tend to believe your dog is the best indicator of how things went, and mine whined for several hours after Ryan dropped her off. She also kept watch out the window, seemingly hoping he would come back. I think that speaks for itself, and I will definitely rebook with Ryan for any future needs. Finding a trustworthy sitter is tough, though again, I (and Ava) definitely recommend Ryan!
Jon and his wife were fantastic!! Appreciated their willingness to help out on a last-minute basis and watch our Arthur for several hours while we attended a family wedding. Kept updated with pictures and let us know how Arthur was doing throughout the day. Highly recommend!
Juneau absolutely loved her time with Robert and he definitely went the extra mile to make sure she had everything she needed. He also provided regular photo updates - still getting to "see" her on a regular basis made such a difference. I would book with Robert again without question and I know Juneau looks forward to the next time she gets to hang out with him.
Carrie Was GREAT! Kept us informed by text and pictures. Took Lucy, or dog, on walks, which Lucy loved. Was very accommodating when Lucy was not willing to eat her regular dog food. Instructed Carrie to give Lucy some of her favorite treats, which did the trick. When we went to pick Lucy up to go home, she jumped on Carrie to give a good bye, you know then that she felt at home with Carrie.
Kristina is great! Our dogs were very comfortable and relaxed in her home. She provided daily updates and responded quickly to any questions we had. This was our first time using Rover and it’s so much better than boarding at a kennel. It was refreshing to pick up our dogs and see they were not stressed out or anxious.
