I’ve loved animals my whole life—growing up with a cat, bunny, and dog. I waited until I had a home with a fenced yard to get my own dog, a 3-year old Goldendoodle, who I’ve trained through classes and now partner with as a certified therapy dog team. I’m great with puppies to seniors and comfortable administering medication. Your dog will be safe, loved, and well cared for in my home. When staying with me, your pup is free to safely explore, roam, and play in a fully fenced yard with a doggy door for easy outdoor access. I live in a pet-friendly neighborhood with nearby parks and walking trails, offering plenty of opportunities for adventure. Your dog will enjoy both indoor and outdoor social time, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes throughout their stay. Requirements for a great stay: It’s important that your pup is friendly with people and dogs of all sizes, and comfortable in a shared social setting. Transparency about your pup’s behavior helps ensure the best experience for everyone! I work from home full-time with a flexible schedule tailored to your dog’s needs. My desk is in the main family room—so if your pup loves the couch, they might just make a cameo in my video calls! I can arrange my daily routine around your dog's playtime, potty break, walk, and snuggling needs. Your pup’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard with a doggy door, so dogs can come and go freely—if you’re comfortable with that. I also offer fully supervised outdoor time. Inside, pups are welcome on the couch and can sleep wherever they’re most comfortable: a dog bed, crate, or even a human bed. Our own dog sleeps on her bed at night, but we’re happy to accommodate your dog’s preferences. Currently only accepting non-shedding dog's due to husband's allergy.

About: I’ve had 15 years of dogs in my houses and many pets in the family who have needed sitting. I’m also normally responsible for the puppy age :) My dog is a 6 year old black lab. We live along the river in a townhouse, so I’m always out taking him for long walks or to the neighborhood dog park. I’m currently unemployed so have lots of free time and in the habit of pet care! Pet care available in our home. We have 3 separate floors so I can keep your dog apart from my dog if preferred. Lovely dog park a short walk from the house, access to grass areas right outside our front door, and miles of paths along the river that a very walk friendly.

About: I have always had dogs in my life and became the extended family pet-sitter in my early teen years. My care ranges from puppies to senior dogs. I am not a certified trainer but I follow any rules, skills or tricks your dog has developed or is working on. I have had 8 dogs in my lifetime. My oldest dog lived to be 15.5 years old. I've cared for dogs with medical needs - kidney disease, seizures, hip dysplasia, depression and anxiety. I have administered medication in all forms. I work remotely from home on a flexible schedule. My availability is not restricted. I am available at all times during the day and night for bathroom breaks, walks or any other care that is needed. At my home, I have a 6-foot privacy fence. Your dog will be safe in my space. Besides being able to roam in the backyard, I enjoy any type of walk - snifari, gentle stroll, get the heart rate going or a pee and poo mission. Rain, snow or full sun - I am willing to get moving. Furniture is available for lounging plus multiple dog beds throughout the house. A dog-bed right next to my desk at home, absolutely! If your dog is crate trained, I have a quiet space for set up. In your home, I will abide my your rules and schedule. In my home, I have two cats. Your dog must get along with cats.

About: I’ve had a dog or dogs in my home since I was a child. My family had mostly golden retrievers and my first dog was a Shih Tzu. I’ve also lived with and took care of Great Danes and one Chihuahua. Right now I have a year old terrier shepherd mix named Duke. He loves other dogs and people. Friends and family have trusted me on many occasions to take care of their dogs and Duke happily welcomes them into our home. I work 830am - 3:20pm Monday through Friday. Luckily I work two blocks from home and I’m able to stop home during my lunch and break each day. This gives me the ability to stop home twice a day to take care of Duke and any of our guests. My weekends are very flexible. My home has plenty of space for dogs to play, the furniture is safe for pups to relax in and the backyard has a tall fence.
