She was a very courteous house guest, and reached out with questions when necessary. When our return home was delayed, she was flexible and helpful - even though it was Christmas Eve! We returned to a house that was much cleaner than we’d left it and happy dogs. Julie made it clear that her goal is to maintain the dogs’ routine so they’re comfortable, and that was exactly what we were looking for. We truly lucked out with Julie when we asked her to start dog sitting for us about 4 years ago now. She is reliable, knowledgeable about pets and their needs, and truly cares for the animals and people she works with. Our dog Kona absolutely adores Julie and gets so excited whenever she comes to visit. We have tried boarding in facilities a couple times, but she just gets so anxious to be away from her space, so we are very thankful that Julie is able to come to us and give Kona the 1:1 attention and care she needs.
Liz was wonderful! She was relaxed, kind, comforting, and understanding with me as I was trying to take care of last minute details before I left to go out of town. She was very good with my nearly 17 year old dog, Sonny. Liz treated him gently and sweetly and put me at ease. While I was gone, she touched base with me twice daily and asked questions when needed. I felt relaxed that Sonny was in good hands. I will certainly use her again. Grateful!
This was our second time booking Rachel and she does a wonderful job with our high-energy dogs! She even took them on walks and played with them. She also keeps the house tidy and clean. We would definitely book Rachel again and highly recommend her as a pet/house sitter.
Lacie provided the most loving care for my anxious dog and my cat, staying with them in our home for a week and a half. My animals truly bonded with her. She was also incredible in her communication, providing the most wonderful pictures and videos. She gave great peace of mind that my girls were very well cared for while we were away, and I'm so grateful!!
From our first meet-and-greet to our hand-off at the end of the sit, Bailey was a fantastic caretaker for my high energy and anxious dog, whose name is also Bailey! She is professional, clear with communication, timely, dependable, and consistent. She sent me updates and photos every day and responded quickly to messages. Bailey was patient and thoughtful with some of my dog's behaviors and helped reinforce some of the things I have been working on with her. She really went above and beyond- cleaning up the house, doing the laundry, and refilling the treat jar before I came home! I would absolutely welcome her back to my home to care for Bailey and recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and responsible sitter!
Our animals: a dog, a cat, and a parrot all had tell tale signs that Lucy was the perfect care provider. Not one of them seem to miss us. Lucy provided updates daily and left us not one bit worried while we relaxed on vacation. No anxiety in the animals eyes and no worries for us makes rebooking Lucy the next time a no brainer.
I would give Jeremiah 6 stars if I could! He was so great with my cat, Rumple. He visited a couple times before I left so that Rumple would be more comfortable with him. Great communication veggie and during my trip, plenty of pics and videos, and Rumple is calm and happy even though I was gone for 2.5 weeks. Will definitely be booking Jeremiah again in the future!
Giovanna looked after our Dash for 10 days. She sent up updates and photos from time to time and upon our return, he was cheerful and happy. Everything at our house was in good order, too. Throughout, Giovanna was professional and positive, even when our travel schedule changed at the last minute. This was our first experience using Rover and overall so much better than boarding!
