If you know anything about a dachshund, they are loving, needy and can be barky and particular about new friends. We had previously never left our dogs with anyone other than family, but needed to find a sitter while we were away for our wedding for a week with family. Penny blew it out of the park from the moment we did our meet and greet. She has such a warm and calm presence that our dogs instantly became comfortable around (which is no small feat when you’re meeting a dachshund!). She gave us twice daily updates while we were away with plenty of pictures that we were so happy to see. It was clear through her messages that our pups were getting plenty of love and engagement. About: I am an energetic person and love to work with animals outside. I do enjoy walks with them, and I got to work on a dude ranch a few years ago! Animals were always around! I love to engage with pets and keep them engaged till they are ready to relax. I am a full-time archaeologist, but I have time when I'm not traveling for work in the afternoons. I am looking to take on some extra work and get to care for some pets! I can't have a cat or dog due to my travel, but I love to be around them. I love to play with cats and dogs whenever I care for them. I give them the time they need to get used to me, and play more when they want to be near me or give them as many pets as they request. I am huge on getting dogs outside and getting their energy out.

Hannah did an incredible job caring for our fur babies! She gave us detailed information about how they were doing, and checked in often. She even navigated a detector in the house that unexpectedly went off! Hopefully we'll be able to work with Hannah again soon!
