“Penny was absolutely AMAZING and we are so very thankful for her help watching our babies (2 dachshunds). If you know anything about a dachshund, they are loving, needy and can be barky and particular about new friends. We had previously never left our dogs with anyone other than family, but needed to find a sitter while we were away for our wedding for a week with family. Penny blew it out of the park from the moment we did our meet and greet. She has such a warm and calm presence that our dogs instantly became comfortable around (which is no small feat when you’re meeting a dachshund!). She gave us twice daily updates while we were away with plenty of pictures that we were so happy to see. It was clear through her messages that our pups were getting plenty of love and engagement. We were quite worried about our finicky pups and Penny eased those worries and went above and beyond. “Liv was beyond awesome with all three of our fur babies! It was the first time we had ever used Rover and I chose Liv by the reviews that were left for them. Liv was respectful of our home and took good care of everything and would txt us with any questions where to find things If needed. We got txt, video or pictures everyday of our pets. Liv loved them as if their own ♥️ We have a Husky who is super strong and Liv handled him like a champ so if you have any concerns about being able to handle a dog who is strong and pulls have no doubt that Liv is the right person for the job ?. I am so glad I was able to find the right person for our pets and felt at ease leaving them for 7 days under Liv's care. We will diffentinely hire Liv again for any long get away that we arent able to take our Pup with us. Liz was amazing, I knew Lottie was in great hands from the start. We hate being away from her, but were very comfortable being away for six days, even though this was our first time having Liz housesit for us. She definitely went above and beyond what was required, and left our house exactly as we did. She sent so many photos and provided great updates which we loved. We will definitely use her again.
Our animals: a dog, a cat, and a parrot all had tell tale signs that Lucy was the perfect care provider. Not one of them seem to miss us. Lucy provided updates daily and left us not one bit worried while we relaxed on vacation. No anxiety in the animals eyes and no worries for us makes rebooking Lucy the next time a no brainer.

Giovanna looked after our Dash for 10 days. She sent up updates and photos from time to time and upon our return, he was cheerful and happy. Everything at our house was in good order, too. Throughout, Giovanna was professional and positive, even when our travel schedule changed at the last minute. This was our first experience using Rover and overall so much better than boarding! Another amazing experience with Elizabeth who is by far one of our best pet sitters to date. Communication was exceptional with daily photos and anecdotes. Also, our home was cleaner than we left it. She even ensured the Easter Bunny arrived for our daughter while we were out of town. I would go beyond five stars if I could!
Daniel was communicative, kind, and thorough in taking care of our dog and cat. He made sure to get all the info he needed and even washed the sheets after house sitting! While we were halfway across the world, we felt totally at ease with him taking the helm for us.
