Our dog was comfortable with her from the moment she walked in our door, and was clearly so happy in her presence. We had to leave town soon after adopting our dog, and Mauren house/dog-sat for us during our absence. She took great care of our pup, sending photo and video updates regularly. Communication was really so easy with Mauren all along the way. And we returned home to a happy healthy dog in a neat and tidy home! I would not hesitate to recommend Mauren to friends and family in need of any kind of sitting for their pet!”

About: Hi! I’m Rachel, I’m eagerly looking for people who need pet sitters & walkers in the Twin Cities for the next few weeks! I live with my 10 year old, small dog, and we have lots of experience with ranging animal types, sizes, and ages. I currently live in DC but am home in MN for a few weeks and would love to help out where I can. My experience in DC has been a lot of fosters lately, mainly dogs but a few cats as well. I’ve raised a few puppies and also hosted my home to middle aged and senior dogs while they found their forever homes. I work full-time but am hybrid, so I’m only in the office about 2 days a week. I spend the rest of my time working from home, with my dog. I like to spend a lot of time at home, both during the week and on weekends, so lots of quality time will be spent with your pup too DC: I live in an apartment with an elevator with easy access to grass for short potty breaks and wider, open spaces for more exercise. My home is very chill and low-energy. If the weather permits and I have time after work, my dog and I enjoy short walks along the MBT to Alethia Tanner dog park.

Camryn had the presence of mind to get the help she needed to get him taken care of. While we were on a ship and unable to get home, Camryn managed his extra care conscientiously and unflappably. Her calm and steady approach was exactly what our boy needed. I would 1000% leave him in Camryn’s care again.”

Liv was the epitome of a loving dog person! My husband and I went out of state to a destination wedding where there was little cell reception and Liv was so communicative by sending updates morning, afternoon, and night for our two dogs. Liv took the time as well to make sure our house was in pristine condition when we arrived home. Overall, Liv did a wonderful job in dog and house sitting and we would for sure use Liv again!
Lauren house sat my 15-year old cat, Piper, for two weeks and was excellent! Piper is very selective with her affection, but she warmed up to Lauren quickly and was very comfortable with her throughout the stay. Lauren sent detailed daily updates, and it was so reassuring to know things were going well! It was also incredibly helpful to have someone who understands senior cats and their health watching Piper.
Arrin helped us out when we were in a pinch. We unexpectedly were going to be out of town and didn’t have someone lined up to take care of our dog, Lucca. She agreed to house sit for us on very short notice and I’m so happy that it was her who ended watching our pooch. She fed him, gave him walks, and cuddled him so he wouldn’t be so alone and she did it with a lot of love and kindness. She sent updates and pictures throughout the day and we weren’t worried at all with our house and dog in her hands. She even grabbed our mail for us! She was also very quick to respond. I highly recommend her for anyone needing someone to watch their pets.

Janelle was a fabulous dog sitter! She was great with communication and we were able to relax on vacation knowing that our pet was well cared for. She was also very comfortable with medication administration, which set our mind at ease. We returned home after a week to a very happy little pug! We will definitely use Janelle again in the future!
Kristina went above and beyond for our two dogs. Ziggy is not easy at all but she took the time and put in the energy to help him get comfortable for over a month and is the first person that’s ever been able to watch him and Albus together. Truly amazing experience and unbelievable care and commitment to our dogs.
We could not be happier with the care our dog received. Our dog is anxious and takes many meds. Our dog requires a lot of patience and attention and Jessica was absolutely amazing with our dog! Frequent updates and pictures gave us real peace of mind and kept us at ease. Jessica made our dog feel safe and comfortable! When we got home, our dog looked taken care of and our house looked cleaned and piked up. We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter! PS - It was dry and hot outside and we asked Jessica to water out plants. She agreed without hesitation.
Eleni is absolutely wonderful!!! She took such good care of my pup Pippin while I was away, and made sure I was updated throughout my trip with great pictures and videos. She was so easy to trust as a pet sitter and I knew that my home and more importantly my dog were in great hands with her. She took such care to get to know my dog, his needs, any quirks about him, etc. before even starting the sitting so I knew it would go smoothly. Don’t hesitate to book with Eleni - she’s the BEST!
We were hesitant to find a sitter for our pup via Rover as we only have left our dog Douglas with family/friends in the past, but we are so glad we found Erica! With her background as a groomer, she knows how to handle dogs very well, especially bigs one who has bursts of energy! She was very responsive, trusting, and kept us updated pictures!
