“Xinia is an excellent dog sitter! She meets my anxious dog at her level and goes above and beyond to ensure her comfort and trust. Xinia is very reliable and I just know my dog enjoys seeing her! I will definitely book her again 😊”

“Sophie went out of her way to ensure I could see my skittish cat during each visit and got some funny pictures of him along the way. Definitely wasn't needed but much appreciated!”

“Sarah was excellent with the pups, including the older one who has some eye issues that required some extra attention and drops. She was communicative on what (if anything) was going on with the dogs and we could tell they were well cared for 😊”

“Shayla is the best! She took wonderful care of my cat, Goose. She provided detailed reports each day that included several pictures of Goose. These reports and pictures were fun to read and gave me peace of mind while being away. Goose absolutely loved Shayla and even allowed her to brush her - something she barely lets me do! We will definitely be booking with Shayla again.”

“Macy provided great care for our two beloved cats. She was on time and followed instructions. She gave us updates and made us feel happy that our cats were safe in her care.”

“Sarah was able to look in on my two cats on super short notice, giving them food and attention. One of them also needed medicine twice a day, which was no problem for her. She was a life saver!”

“Abbie has been awesome! This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have gotten better service. They kept a consistent schedule and gave my cat Sora lots of love and attention. I’ve also adored all the photos and videos they always made my morning. Will absolutely be booking again!”

“Angela was very flexible and helped us out on very short notice. She arrived exactly when she said she would, fed and pottied my three dogs, had some play time and did some special care with my senior boy. I will call on her again if needed.”

“Penny has been great. Norbu seems to really like her, she was very punctual and appeared to enjoy what she is doing. I would definitely use Penny again.”

“Alicia was absolutely wonderful, she took care of our elderly Irish setter that requires quite a lot of care in her old age. She was incredibly flexible when I screwed up the dates of service and was able to accommodate us very last minute. We returned to a happy, well fed pup and a clean house/dog area. Hopefully Alicia will agree to care for Dolly again in the future!”

“Heather is an amazing petsitter! Our dog immediately decided Heather is her new BFF and loved her instantly! Heather came to our house to hang out with Holly and sent us pictures and updates. Heather was easy to talk to and really cares about animals. If you need someone to care for your pet, Heather is your person!”

About: I grew up with a dog and multiple cats in the house as a child, and I’ve had my own cat since I was in college (she was a tiny kitten). She’s feisty, and needs lots of love, but always on her own terms. Living with her taught me how to read pet body language and understand that every animal has their own personality and needs. I’m also the go to sitter for my siblings' pets: a high energy border collie who loves adventures, and a rescue Jindo/Shiba mix from South Korea who needs a gentler touch, and a kitty who needs meds on a specific schedule. I treat them like they’re my own, taking them for hikes, field trips, fetch, or just some quiet company. I loved teaching them tricks and helping with their training when they were puppies, so if you’re working on anything specific, let me know and I’d be happy to keep up the training while you’re away! Above all, I care deeply about making your pets feel safe, happy, and loved. I work full time, but have long lunch breaks and can watch your pets before or after work. My weekends are so free, and I have the option to work from home if you need more frequent visits. I live in northeast Minneapolis and work near Mahtomedi, so there are lots of locations that I’d be able to cover during the day! I prefer to care for pets in your home, but I'm happy to take them out on walks, to parks, or just play in your yard if that’s what they like best. I typically don't do overnight stays, but will make sure your pets are well cared for before tucking them into bed!
“We have entrusted the health and happiness of our two senior cats to Phoebe several times now. She always communicates so well, takes great care of the boys (one who requires insulin injections 2x daily), and makes it possible for us to leave home without worry. We still miss our pets, but know with Phoebe’s care they will be AOK!”

About: Since I was 12, pet care and babysitting have been passions of mine. I have cared for many different animals for many people. There's always pets in my home and I greatly enjoy helping others care for their own. I have done many activities not limited to walking, play times, potty and litter training, and bathing. I have no issues with pets that need additional care such as medications, mobility help, or behavioral problems. I am currently looking for part to full-time work, so my schedule is quite flexible. I tend to prefer afternoons, evenings, and nights, but am open to earlier times. In my house, there is currently 3 cats and an almost-senior dog. I am comfortable with all sorts of pet personalities, whether very cuddly or not a fan of people. I'm also experienced in care that is indoor, outdoor, or both. Kennels, leashes/harnesses, and litter boxes are no problem.
About: Grew up loving and raising animals. I have a ton of experience with birds as well as cats and dogs. My husband won’t let me get another lab yet so I am here to walk and visit your dog when you are away. I love walks in any weather and will send you all the pictures you want! I love both morning and sunset walks. I can visit 1-2x a day but am open to more if the match is right. I am looking to spend more time outdoors and this is perfect. I am very respectful of both the owners and animals space. I am a guest in the home and will act accordingly. I will ensure your pet is left safely at home until you get home by making sure they’re not locked into a room and that your entry is secure when I leave.
