I love animals and feel a real connection with them! I’ve had and cared for cats and dogs since I was a child. My first job out of high school was as a kennel assistant at a boarding/daycare facility for five years. From there I moved on to be a veterinary technician for about three years. My peers gave me the title of dog whisperer, because I could make friends with any dog! Animals calm my anxiety and I’ve always felt a special bond with them. No matter the size, breed, or age, I will treat your pet like my own. I also love taking photos, so there will be plenty of photos to see!

Having years of experience in a public setting with animals has definitely helped me always be sure to check gates/locks before letting animals in/out. It’s important to also keep a tight hold on the leash and be sure to have a well fitting collar/harness. I love taking my time gaining an animal’s trust, as new situations can be scary for them, and my job while taking care of your pet(s) is to be their safe space. I excel in reading pet’s (dogs and cats’) body language, so if a situation is making them uncomfortable, I will take steps to resolve it.

Lacie provided the most loving care for my anxious dog and my cat, staying with them in our home for a week and a half. My animals truly bonded with her. She was also incredible in her communication, providing the most wonderful pictures and videos. She gave great peace of mind that my girls were very well cared for while we were away, and I'm so grateful!!
Lacie did a great job housesitting for us! We were nervous about leaving our young dog for the first time, but she updated us frequently and sent amazing pictures of all our animals. She administered several medications for our senior cat with complex illnesses and gave him special attention, which we so appreciated. We would definitely book with her again!
Lacie was wonderful! She did a fantastic job working with my cat, making sure she had plenty of food & water and even playtime & socializing. Lacie also helped with my cat's medication, and had some insights and workarounds when my kitty struggled with it. Thank you, Lacie!
Lacie was a great sitter. She treated our house well. And our cat loved her. He is now mad that we have returned home! Would hire again.
Lacie took great care of my old kitty with heart disease who needs medication twice daily. I was nervous to leave her for the first time with someone I didn't know, but Lacie put my mind at ease right away. She responded quickly and was very communicative throughout the process, and sent lots of updates with photos and videos which I really appreciated. I would definitely book with Lacie again!
Lacie was a great sitter for our older dog! She’s easy to communicate with and sent daily updates while we were on vacation.

Schedule
I’m not working currently, so I have plenty of free time. However, I am on a job search to get back into the veterinary medicine field. I would love to spend quality time with your pet(s) and give them all of the love, attention, and care they deserve. ❤️
