“We can’t thank Jill enough for stepping in and helping us last minute when another sitter bailed on us. The amount of love, attention, updates, and pictures she shared are above and beyond what we hoped for. Both animals took her in immediately and highly recommend everyone to book her:)”

“Katie was great with Georgie. She is a people-shy cat, and I was worried about her being alone for a few weeks. It took a little time, but Katie got her to come out for scratches and pets.”

“Carolyn is absolutely amazing. There were a couple of technical problems through rover and she addressed them right away and was able to get everything straighten out. She fills out full descriptions of what she does and puts me at ease know my cat is well taken care of. Lots of pictures too! Carolyn was great ! Can’t recommend her enough.”

“Jessica took great care of my pup, making sure she got enough play while I was away with friends so that she was ready to relax by the time I got home. Thanks, Jess!”

“Paige took on 2 visits for 3 cats at short notice. What a hero! (And she had to administer medicine as well!) excellent, clear communication and lots of photos so I could see my kitties were being well taken care of. Thank you so much, Paige!”

“Danielle was great! More importantly, our 4 year old (Yuji) enjoyed her company while we were away. It’s always great to find sitters who love cats and seek out opportunities to kitty-sit! Our instructions were followed, and we were able to relax a bit while knowing that he was very well taken care of. Would recommend 100%!”

“Hannah was absolutely fantastic with our pups over the weekend! She did great with administering oral medication to our senior dog and arrived on time and stayed the full length of the visit for every visit. Our dogs love her and we can’t wait to book with her next time!”

About: I grew up with Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Labs, Malinois and Cane Corsos. I love small dogs just the same, but giant dogs require a special skill set as they often don’t realize their size and strength. For my day job I run my own private teaching business, where I practice the service and patience that I bring to my pets and pet owners. I make my own schedule as a freelance musician and private teacher so I have lots of flexibility. Generally mornings and mondays and fridays work best. Lots of experience walking, exercising, and feeding large and giant dogs, can crate or kennel if needed. As of right now I don’t do overnights, but might consider offers.
“Jenna was awesome! Really helped me out with a short notice need. Dropped in to visit with my silly border collie. Followed instructions and communicated perfectly and sent great pictures!”

About: I grew up with dogs, and have had dogs and a cat of my (our) own for nearly 12 years. I have also fostered dogs and cats for the past decade (~30 animals), and am comfortable with many types of animal personalities, including reactivity, shyness, and anxiety. I will meet your pet where they’re at, and let them lead our interactions. Currently have 2 senior dogs and am comfortable with medication administration. I work hybrid and am flexible with my schedule. I do not work Sun/Mon, and work from home generally W/F and am generally much more flexible those days. I am in the office Tues/Thurs but generally only gone up to 4-6 hours at a time. (I have some flexibility on this as well). Much of my work is event based, so there are also times evenings/Saturday mornings I will need to be gone, approximately for 3-4 hours. If I need to be gone for an evening, I will make a point to spend more time at your home and with your pet during daytime hours. In general 6 hours would be the max time between potty breaks, etc. I am currently only available to sit in your home or for drop in visits (we have a full house with our fosters). I will treat your home as a guest in it; I’m tidy and will clean up after me and your pets! What is helpful for me to know is what your pet’s typical day looks like, if they have any favorite or important parts to their routine, and ways they like to get stimulation (walk, play, puzzles). Where do they sleep? As much information as you can tell me about your pet is better so I can keep things as normal for them as possible!

About: I asked for a dog for Christmas every single year while I was growing up. My dad had his reasons, so the next best thing was to walk my neighbors Pomeranian (named Snuggles), which I did aaaaalllll the time. In college, I would dog sit for my coach here and there. My brother has a golden retriever that I have spent a lot of time with. And recently, I had my first experience of having my own dog. Technically it was my roommates dog, but I loved her like she was mine. I would take her on walks just because and when my roommate was out of the country for 2 weeks, I was the dog auntie. I'm a middle school math teacher, so I have ALL the availability in the summer. Once the school year rolls around, I'll be available in the evenings and on the weekends. I am more than willing to have your pet in my car if we need to get to walking trails, lakes, and other pet friendly places to walk. This would only be if you are comfortable with me taking your pet to a different location, otherwise I am happy to do neighborhood walks.

“Rachel did a great job taking care of our cat while we were out of town. We loved getting our daily Pickles update and she was a happy cat when we got home!”

“Dakota appears to have checked all boxes requested! Cats are older and pretty inactive, but i see no problems at all. Communication was steady and reliable. Thanks Dakota! Planning on using her in the very near future if she is available.”

“Angela was great! She is very experienced and very comfortable with any and all instructions I gave! She took great care of my cats, and I never worried about them while I was gone!”

About: Thank you so much for considering me for taking care of your animals! My name is Trina, I’m 31 and I am an experienced pet lover and owner for over 15 years, along with 6 years of being in the veterinary medicine field as a Veterinary Technician. I took a break from Rover for a few years and now have decided to do this full time. Because of this, I bring a uniqueness to your pets stay: I am ALWAYS home AND because of my background in vet med, I am confident your pets will have a great stay with me. I am a lover of all animals, none excluded. But because of my time in the veterinary field, I am very educated and passionate about animal health such as behavior, nutrition, and diseases. Some of the diseases that I worked hands on with were heart disease, diabetes mellitus, and kidney disease. I am passionate about the medicine and science behind these issues, but will also make me a good candidate since I know what to look for. I can assure you, your pet will be taken care of properly. My schedule is based on your pets needs. Because this is my full time career, I will always be with your pets. Their normal routine will not change! Boarding: *I am only allowing small dogs and senior dogs who get along with cats at this time.* The most important thing when a pet is to stay in my home is for it to feel like it’s at home too. Every animal that walks through my front door is going to be treated as if it’s my very own pet. I pride myself in having a personal and genuine connection with the pet owners so they feel just as comfortable with me. I communicate as often as the owner likes, but will typically send 3 messages a day on how your animal is feeling inside my home and what their day is looking like. Because I have other animals in my home, and for the safety of other animals: I do require the following vaccinations to be up to date: Rabies, Distemper / parvo / and Bordetella. These 3 core vaccinations are required at any boarding facility. This protects my pets and your pets. Your pet will be going outside to use the bathroom, walks, ect depending on their schedule. Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention is highly recommended to be used for your stay as well. Again, to protect my animals and yours. If you have any questions about these vaccinations or preventions, please let me know and I can further assist you on how to get these at your local vet office. Feline boarding: I highly prefer cats that have boarded previously or are used to change. But, I am confident enough to board a first timer as well. Please look at my cat sitting profile for more information. I do require the following vaccinations for felines: Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Lukemia or a negative Fel Leuk test. This is for protection against my felines as feline leukemia is spread via saliva. Please reach out if you have any questions on these vaccinations or tests before boarding with me.
About: I grew up around dogs on a ranch and have cared for them throughout every stage of their lives, from energetic puppies to gentle senior dogs. That experience taught me that every dog has their own personality, routine, and individual needs. I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions, including administering medication, preparing special diets, and providing extra care for senior dogs or those with special needs. My goal is to keep your dog's routine as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while you're away. I also believe every dog deserves quality time, not just a quick visit. Whether your dog enjoys playing with toys, going for a walk, getting lots of pets, or simply having someone sit with them for companionship, I'll make sure they receive the attention and affection they need. With puppies, I'm happy to reinforce basic routines and good manners that you're already working on, such as waiting politely at mealtime, practicing calm greetings, and encouraging positive everyday behaviors. While I'm not a professional trainer, I'm always happy to help maintain the routines you've established. Every dog is unique, and I care for each one with patience, kindness, and respect. I'll also send photo updates so you can see how your dog is doing and enjoy a few happy moments while you're away. Your pet's comfort, happiness, and well-being are always my top priority. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide attentive and reliable care for pets throughout the day. This flexibility means I can spend quality time with each pet, keep up with their routines, and make sure they receive the attention, playtime, and care they need while their family is away. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I prioritize following each owner's instructions and keeping their normal routine as comfortable as possible. I treat every client's home and pets with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I understand that inviting someone into your home is a big responsibility, and I take that trust seriously. I will follow your instructions carefully, respect your home, and maintain your pet's normal routine as much as possible. I make sure pets have a safe, comfortable environment while receiving the attention, companionship, and care they need. My goal is to leave your home clean, cared for, and your pets happy and comfortable. I believe great pet care means taking care of both the animal and the space they call home.

Jennifer B. Was absolutely amazing over the weekend! She did drop-in visits for our 4 dogs Finn, Izzi, Coco and Lulu and kept me completely updated with frequent photos and messages. She even went above and beyond by cleaning up unexpected messes without any complaints. Managing a pack of four requires a lot of skill, and she handles it flawlessly. Truly professional, highly communicative, and fantastic with our pups. I will definitely be booking her again. Mary M

Paige did an amazing job. She was wonderful with my cat, took care of him exactly to my instructions, and gave him the much needed attention and cuddles he requires. Additionally, she was a great communicator, responded quickly, and let me know of any issues. I felt no worries about my cat while I was gone, which is always a blessing when traveling while having a new pet sitter.

I am undoubtedly an anxious mess when I leave my cats. Jill was so thorough, kind, and understanding! She did an excellent job of following my instructions to the T and provided lengthy comprehensive updates that eased my anxiety. I know my babies were in good hands! I would gladly book Jill again!

This was the 3rd time Carolyn cared for my cats while I was away, and she continued to be great. I especially appreciate the persistence through some access issues (my fault). I always get great notes and tons of photos... Thank you Carolyn, for letting me travel knowing my babies are safe.

I knew from the get-go that Laura was a good fit for us and our pets. Our two kitties warmed up to her immediately. Laura provided regular, detailed updates with lots of photos and we felt confident that our cats and house were in good hands. They were happy when we returned and didn’t even seem upset that we were gone. Thank you, Laura - we hope you are available next time we’re out of town!
