About: Hello my name is Chelsea and I love animals. Growing up I lived on a hobby farm with cats, dogs, horses, goats, fish and chickens to now when I have reptiles, two dogs and a cat. My dream job would be to work with animals every day and build a trust between owner and sitter because I know the feeling when you can trust that your animal baby will be cared for to the fullest extent. I have always cared for animals and have been to a few basic animal emergency classes that I learned a lot from such as cpr on cats, dogs and reptiles to learning basic signs of pain or uncomfortably. I can’t wait to meet more animals and am excited to start. I have always had a routine and the pets were just a part of that. If I leave the house the have each other but I’m never gone for more then an couple hours. I care for them as I would my own, they are apart of the family and I wouldn’t want it any other way. If they need water; I would fill the bowl, same with food. If they needed potty break I would take them outside; and if they wanted to cuddle and watch a movie on the couch I would allow it.
“She is absolutely amazing! Very friendly and does a great job. She really cares about the animals she takes care of and is always on time. Thanks again for all you do. :)”

About: Ever since I can remember I've always had a dog in my house, all different kinds. My own, and some of my parents fostered or took in temporarily from friends. I'm ready to walk, run, play, or nap with your pupper or kitty! Some of my favorite things are walks, fetch with a ball, and blowing bubbles. I have a dog named Wheezer and a cat named Titan. I'm so excited to meet you and your furry family members, thank you so much for your consideration! I am currently self employed in theatre (in the process of creating my own company) and have lots of spare time, especially during the day, to help take care of your pets! I have a high functioning car, and am ready to travel to you and your pet and/or being them to their favorite park! I live in an apartment, so my current favorite way to help out is to come to you and your furry friend!

About: I’ve had 15 years of dogs in my houses and many pets in the family who have needed sitting. I’m also normally responsible for the puppy age :) My dog is a 6 year old black lab. We live along the river in a townhouse, so I’m always out taking him for long walks or to the neighborhood dog park. I’m currently unemployed so have lots of free time and in the habit of pet care! Pet care available in our home. We have 3 separate floors so I can keep your dog apart from my dog if preferred. About: I am an inclusive, outdoorsy, and compassionate pet and house sitter with almost two decades of experience. I care about your pets and house as if it were my own! I have cared for creatures big and small, and maintain the most similar household routine as possible for your pet. My first job was in a veterinary clinic, so I am comfortable with administering medicines and taking care of animals with special needs. I am a full-time high school counselor. I am proud of my work/life boundaries, so I keep my schedule at school tight. I am out of the house from 7:30-4:30 on the weekdays. With my pet sitting experience, I am used to working in a pet’s routine with my schedule. If you are looking to book me in the summer, however, I have nothing but time! :) I rent, so am unable to board your pets in my home. I have, however, extensive experience staying in the homes of the critters I care for. I am a respectful and tidy guest, and always try to leave the home better than I found it.
About: I grew up on a dairy farm, and have been around many different animals over the years. I started out pet sitting for friends of family members, and families in my local community in my spare time. I have also taken care of a few senior pets over the years by making sure they get their right medications and foods throughout my stay. I also help take care of farm animals, outdoor bird feeders, along with indoor and outdoor plant watering and care. I currently have two cats, Scooter and Goose and they are my world. I am currently working about 20-25 hours a week. My current job is very flexible with hours and time that would allow me to stop in a care for your pets. I am available to do a few days, with the possibility of extending that period of time. I would be able to stop in and care for your pets before I head to work for the day (roughly 4 to 8 hours regularly, but can be flexible) and again after I am done with work for the day before engaging in any activities or turning in for the evening. I am open to stopping in daily and caring for you pets in your home as I dont have much space while I am currently living in the city with roommates and multiple pets in our household. If your pet has a favorite park, or yard to play in, I would be happy to engage in their favorite activities hwith them in those places.

I am currently available for Drop ins and Walks. I try to spend a bare minimum of 15 minutes with any drop in to make sure they get all the attention that they need. I am a believer in letting animals come to you. I have experience with a kennel trained and unkennel trained dogs. About: Someone who grew up with at least two rescue dogs in the house at all time, a few cats and horses, I've taken care of animals of all sizes, breeds, personalities, ages, and needs throughout my lifetime. I've even seen kittens born! I raised and loved the one I chose to mine, finally saying goodbye when she reached the ripe age of 21. Whether it is puppies / kittens, mid-life, or elderly I have experienced all the life stages of our fur babies. I've also dealt with the not so fun parts of being a fur baby parent. From cleaning up hairballs or puke because the dog decided to eat grass, cleaning a dog who decided it was a good idea to go for a swim in the pond, or literally breaking up cat fights... I've been there. Because I teach, and right now school is out, I would be home during the majority of the day during the summer for pet sitting. Come the school year, I would be away between school hours. Because right now I'm working part-time I have plenty of extra time to fit walking your fur baby into my schedule! I have a large porch which leads down to a fenced-in yard. My fur baby personally loves sunning himself on the porch or going down to the yard and just exploring. The apartment itself is a renovated music studio so it is wide, spacious, and beautifully designed. Your fur baby would have his own feeding area and you are welcome to bring any toys or other comfort items. I've had to board my cat before so I know how important the small things are.
About: Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and I have been caring for them since I was a child. Our family had a lot of pets while I was growing up, and we always took in animals that needed help. Including baby squirells, a crow, a turtle that got hit by a car, as well as cats and dogs. This has translated into me being a life long pet owner, and rescuer of animals. I live in an area that has a large feral cat population, and I have taken it upon myself to help alleviate this problem. I have trapped, over 20 feral cats in the past 10 years. Once captured, I get them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, as well as have any of their medical needs taken care of. I keep each cat for at least a month to see if they are adoption eligible, and if they are, I foster them until I find a good home for them. If not, I get their ear clipped, and I release them. Unfortunately, this is costly but Ive been able to "afford" it until this past year when I had some costly vet bills. Including the last cat I rescued (Buddy) who was involved in a fight with another feral cat, got his tail bitten, and it cost me over $3000 to get his tail amputated. It was also a long, and difficult recovery process requiring many hours of care and attention. Luckily Buddy came through and is the sweetest little guy. I found a home for him at a group home, and he is now living his best life. I would like to continue to provide this service but I can not afford too many more instances like buddy, or ill be the homeless one out wandering the streets in need of rescuing. So, I have been contemplating ways in which to earn some extra money to help pay the bills. Once I discovered Rover it became obvious that this is the perfect solution. I can earn money to help pay for my feral cat project, spend even more time with animals, and provide a valuable service where I have a lot of experience. I have experience with cats and dogs of all ages and temperments. I have trained many dogs, including those of family and friends. All money earned from Rover will go directly towards helping animals (mostly cats) who are in need in my community. I currently have 4 cats that I care for on a daily basis. That number can fluctuate because I periodically take in cats that I foster for at least a month. I will care for pets in your home by paying attention to your pet and getting an idea of what it wants and or needs.

About: I have had pets in my life since childhood! I grew up in a busy home full of different animals (dogs, cats, fish, lizards, bunnies, birds, etc.) and have cared for animals of all different ages and abilities. I also have experience volunteering at an animal clinic. I work hybrid so am available every day except tuesday’s and wednesdays during the day. I am available any night overnight and on weekends too. I adjust my care based on the fur babies need. If they are more active, I am able to do walks often, but if they are older, I am happy to lounge around! I am used to working on a feeding schedule so strict feeding/medicine schedules are no concern for me.
About: I've had lots of experience with a wide variety of dogs from family pets to working with Wag! I have a 8 month old German Shepard/Lab, Opal, so I am comfortable with puppies and high energy breeds. I also have experience caring for senior animals. I am currently a stay-at-home mom. I am mostly available for weekend care but can do walks & check ins during the week if I bring my youngest with me. I am open to boarding and other care during the weekends. I have a fenced in yard for lots of fetch & play time. We love walks & hiking so lots of opportunities for exercise, fun & bonding with the dogs. I also have experience with crating if that is necessary.

Carolyn is a wonderful dog walker! I’ve used her services several times, she always takes my dog for a good walk and makes sure he does his business, then gives him some water afterwards as well. She is very responsive and easy to schedule with. She uploads lots of pictures so I can see them at work! I would definitely recommend her to others!

Reliable and generous, ensured my dog was walked with plenty of play time every day even in rainy weather. My energetic mini labradoodle was excited to see Jae H when he arrived for walks. Responsive communication . Clear commitment. Daily photos and reports. Jae H noticed and reported on a bug bite. Flexible when I had to change dates. I will definitely rebook, given the opportunity.

Claire was awesome! She took great care of my pupper on their daily walks, and was clear and communicative. Followed all my directions and was even nice enough to give me pup some extra time when he was anxious about construction workers at my building. Will definitely be hiring her again :)
