About: Hi, I'm Rosie :) I'm a fairly new MN resident from Boston pursuing law school! As a Shih Tzu owner myself, I understand just how special the bond between pets and their families truly is! Here are some things about me: - 5+ years of experience bathing and helping train younger dogs - Comfortable caring for dogs with different energy levels and conditions - I work from home full-time, so your pet will definitely receive plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day - I like to keep a close and communicative relationship with owners to ensure you and your pup can trust me <3 - Because I work from home full-time, I have the bandwidth to take regular breaks for walks and playtime. I have to walk my puppy about 5x/day, so your pet will definitely have playtime and plenty of walks. - Due to my work environment, I'm open to same-day bookings! - I have a spacious living room, large couch, and secured balcony. I maintain a clean environment, giving your best friend a comfy home to be in - My environment is best suited for smaller/medium dogs, but I'm open to dogs of all ages (puppies to seniors) - I love and am happy to send photos and messages throughout the day! - Dogs are allowed on the bed and furniture - My goal is always to make your pets feel safe and at home while you're away <3

About: I grew up on a dairy farm, and have been around many different animals over the years. I started out pet sitting for friends of family members, and families in my local community in my spare time. I have also taken care of a few senior pets over the years by making sure they get their right medications and foods throughout my stay. I also help take care of farm animals, outdoor bird feeders, along with indoor and outdoor plant watering and care. I currently have two cats, Scooter and Goose and they are my world. I am currently working about 20-25 hours a week. My current job is very flexible with hours and time that would allow me to stop in a care for your pets. I am available to do a few days, with the possibility of extending that period of time. I would be able to stop in and care for your pets before I head to work for the day (roughly 4 to 8 hours regularly, but can be flexible) and again after I am done with work for the day before engaging in any activities or turning in for the evening. I am open to stopping in daily and caring for you pets in your home as I dont have much space while I am currently living in the city with roommates and multiple pets in our household. If your pet has a favorite park, or yard to play in, I would be happy to engage in their favorite activities hwith them in those places.

About: I have cared for every breed of dog from small terrier to beagle to st Bernard's and pit bulls since the age of 8. I am a lifelong pet person who has cared for both family members pets, my own pets, as well as the pets of friends, neighbors and collies. Worked extensively with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, snakes and fish. I have an incredibly flexible schedule as I work remote and am able to fit in most times of convenience if scheduled ahead of time. I have dependable transportation and can work from anywhere in the twin cities (or country for that matter) if the job called for it. I am a retired military veteran having honorably served 20 years in the MNARNG. I have served both overseas and domestic tours. I am a proud community activist, veteran advocate, and behavioral and cognitive skills trainer. I have degrees in law enforcement and criminal justice, as well as certificates in private security. As I mentioned I have flexibility in my schedule and just need to be notified in advance of when my services are needed. Dog walking I can drop in and provide such service anywhere in the cities, and times are flexible if notified in advance My home has two levels, plenty of space, a balcony and fenced in front yard. I have a backyard as well. The home is clean and can ensure the pets continued safety and comfort. I am willing and able to commute to pet sit in the event of a client working or being out of town. There is a cat in my home who is good with other animals and very friendly himself.

About: I am new to Rover, but I have many years of experience in taking care of animals. In addition to living with cats and dogs for most of my life, I have also volunteered as a dog walker at the humane society. In addition to pets, I also volunteered at the Wildlife Science Center with feeding animals such as foxes, raccoons, bobcats, a lynx, and skunks, and I had the opportunity to care for wolf pups at the International Wolf Center. I am recently retired, so my schedule is flexible. I am available during the day and most evenings and am able to work around your schedule. I currently have two cats and previously had dogs, so I understand the importance of keeping them on a regular schedule. Being around animals gives me joy, so I look forward to spending quality time with your pet. I follow your instructions and make sure to follow your pet’s lead when interacting with them. I send you pictures, so you can see how your pet is doing when you are away. I can also check mail and water plants if needed.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for more than 20 years, including pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors with pets of all ages, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior animals needing a little extra patience and attention. I’ve had many dogs and cats throughout my life and currently have a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd named Mitzi. My experience also includes caring for hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, rabbits, and horses. I grew up involved in 4-H and around veterinary knowledge through my father, who attended veterinary school, which helped build my comfort and confidence around a wide variety of animals. I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and routine and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I currently work on my own schedule as a Microbiology and Food Safety consultant, which allows me lots of flexibility when it comes to pet care, whether that means long play sessions, a walk around the block, or just a quick check-in. My unique work schedule allows me to be available during weekdays as well as on weekends. Whether your pet enjoys long walks or quality time on the couch, I’m happy to adjust my schedule to fit the needs of your pet. I always treat animals with respect and let them set the tone. Making sure pets feel safe and comfortable is my number one priority. I focus on keeping your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, bathroom breaks, and any other specific needs your pet may have. I’m happy to spend time playing, going for walks, or simply keeping them company depending on their personality and energy level. I’ll also make sure they have fresh water, a clean and comfortable space, and plenty of attention. During house sitting, I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own, and I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing.

About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a kid. In middle school, I began taking care of family & friends’ dogs. I love spending quality time with dogs, getting to know their unique personalities, and honoring their needs. I am also an experienced dog groomer who values building a bond of trust with pets and their families. I am a full-time student from September-May. I work part-time during the summer, so I generally have more time to spend with your pet throughout the week. I play organ and sing at various churches every weekend, which occupies my Saturday evenings & Sunday mornings. I also practice music every weekday morning. My home does not allow for pets, so I will be happy to stay in your home and take care of your dog in the environment they know best.

About: I have grown up around pets all of my life, having had multiple dogs and cats throughout. As a teenager, I would be trusted by neighbors to sit multiple pets at a time while they went on vacation. More than that, I am familiar with senior pet care and administering oral medicine. I am currently working part-time so I am available and ready to handle pet care most days of the week, including weekends. More, I am able to do early morning and late night care. I can create a safe environment for your pet by finding their comfort and acknowledging what they need within the home. Likewise, on walks, I am able to handle large dogs and other animal contact, making sure your pet stays safe in my care.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life! I used to work at a dog day care (small and large breeds). I also volunteered at OTAT in Chicago for a year before recently moving to St Paul. Volunteering for OTAT required extensive training. Looking to add furry friends back into my life 💛 I currently work full-time but remotely and am very flexible. I’m available to drive and provide care in the mornings before the work day begins, during lunch hours, and after 4 pm. I live in an apt building and have plenty of grass surrounding. I’m near a lovely riverwalk which would allow for amazing walks as needed.

About: I’ve had pets for most of my life and have loved taking care of friends dogs over the years. I have a small (15lb) dog (4yo). Enjoy meeting new dogs for walks - and offer co walking if your dog enjoys that For my daycare dogs. I currently work from home. My dog loves having a friend around and we go on walks and play in the house. A typical day is a walk, followed by a nap on the couch some Zumiez in the fully fenced backyard another walk lunchtime nap another walk. For dog walking, I can take you dog solo or on a co walk with my little dog - based on your preference. Your Dog will play in the house/ backyard and every few hours go on a walk in the neighborhood. Your Dog will be welcome to explore my home as if it’s their own and we can adjust schedules to meet their needs.
