About: I’ve cared for dogs since my teenage years, from puppies to seniors. Lately, I’ve fostered and adopted senior rescues. I consider dogs some of the most special creatures on Earth. I work full-time from home and love having dog-walking breaks throughout the day. I can sit in your home (as long as there’s wi-fi so I can log into work) or mine. My 15-year old Chihuahua mix passed away recently, so I currently do not have an animal companion in my home, though that doesn’t last very long with me! I do not have a fenced-in yard; however, there is a walking path across the front street of my home and a city park across the street in the back.

About: As a student, the only other priority I have can be taking care of and loving your dog. Also I like to cook, so I'll make sure they're eating like royalty. If you'd like, I can teach tricks too! I have about 3 hours of classes a day, but other than that, I'm free to give as much attention to your pets as they'll allow. I personally have a cat who's very high maintenance, so I know what it's like having to work to meet their needs. In the past when I've dogsat, I've taken them out to parks, went on runs, long walks, several-hour long games of fetch, and have given them treats. I like to see them happy.

About: I’ve shared my life with dogs at every stage, from playful puppies to beloved seniors. I’ve cared for senior dogs through mobility challenges, including taking my senior dog to aqua therapy and learning how to safely help my Boxer-Lab mix navigate stairs with arthritis. My Shih Tzu eventually experienced both blindness and significant hearing loss, but that never dampened their zest for life. Those experiences taught me to be patient, observant, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs and abilities. As for what I enjoy most? It’s a tie between walking dogs on a beautiful day and settling in for some serious snuggle time and belly rubs. And yes—pooper scooping is absolutely no problem! I’m also comfortable administering medications when needed. Whether your dog is energetic, elderly, extra cuddly, or needs a little additional help getting around, I’m happy to meet them where they are and give them the care, patience, and affection they deserve. I currently work part-time Monday through Friday, as an AmeriCorps volunteer reading tutor, which gives me the flexibility to devote time to something else I truly love—animals! Potty breaks or walks every 2–4 hours are no problem, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and needs. Plus, walking your dog gives me a great excuse to get some exercise myself! I’m also available for weekend house sitting with your pet, including stays that begin Friday and extend through Monday. My flexible schedule allows me to make pet care a meaningful part of my life—and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own familiar surroundings, so I’m happy to care for them in their home. I respect your home, your routines, and—most importantly—your wishes for your pet’s care. I carefully follow your instructions so your pet’s schedule stays as consistent and comfortable as possible while you’re away. My approach is gentle, patient, and attentive. I take the time to get to know each pet and let them set the pace, whether they want a walk, playtime, companionship, or simply a quiet presence. About: I grew up with cats and dogs, and I've got two cats and a doggo of my own. I'll treat your pup like their part of my pack. I'm working from home on Mondays and in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday. I can come home over lunch if boarding during the week. I have a fenced in yard and a great neighborhood for taking walks. About: I have cared for every breed of dog from small terrier to beagle to st Bernard's and pit bulls since the age of 8. I am a lifelong pet person who has cared for both family members pets, my own pets, as well as the pets of friends, neighbors and collies. Worked extensively with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, snakes and fish. I have an incredibly flexible schedule as I work remote and am able to fit in most times of convenience if scheduled ahead of time. I have dependable transportation and can work from anywhere in the twin cities (or country for that matter) if the job called for it. I am a retired military veteran having honorably served 20 years in the MNARNG. I have served both overseas and domestic tours. I am a proud community activist, veteran advocate, and behavioral and cognitive skills trainer. I have degrees in law enforcement and criminal justice, as well as certificates in private security. As I mentioned I have flexibility in my schedule and just need to be notified in advance of when my services are needed. Dog walking I can drop in and provide such service anywhere in the cities, and times are flexible if notified in advance My home has two levels, plenty of space, a balcony and fenced in front yard. I have a backyard as well. The home is clean and can ensure the pets continued safety and comfort. I am willing and able to commute to pet sit in the event of a client working or being out of town. There is a cat in my home who is good with other animals and very friendly himself.

About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a kid. In middle school, I began taking care of family & friends’ dogs. I love spending quality time with dogs, getting to know their unique personalities, and honoring their needs. I am also an experienced dog groomer who values building a bond of trust with pets and their families. I am a full-time student from September-May. I work part-time during the summer, so I generally have more time to spend with your pet throughout the week. I play organ and sing at various churches every weekend, which occupies my Saturday evenings & Sunday mornings. I also practice music every weekday morning. About: I started dog sitting for neighbors in grade school. I love animals and have been a pet owner most of my life. I miss having pets and would love to help you when needed take care of yours! I work full-time from home in Lowertown Saint Paul. 90% of the people in my building have pets, I do not but I love them. Mears Park is right across the street and that is where people take their pets for bathroom breaks. With my job I am able to take breaks whenever needed so caring for your pet is easy for me and my schedule. Rover Guidelines based on previous rover boarding experiences: I will only board dogs that are fully potty trained. I live in an apartment building with lots of other dogs. If your dog is not dog friendly and shows aggressive behavior towards other dogs, you will be asked to pick up your dog. There are many shared spaces in my building including elevators and stairways and the dog park across the street, I cannot have an aggressive dog in my building. If your dog barks regularly, I will not be able to accept booking. I have neighbors and I’d like to be respectful. I want to take care of well behaved dogs. When taking care of your furry family member, I am home w them almost 100% of the time and will bring your pup with on errands (if the dog is ok w the car).
