We liked Janna! Serious, loves dogs (Rosie fell in love with her immediately), patient with Angus. She understands reactive dogs and she did very well with ours.

Did a great job. Was really super friendly and communicative, along with flexible with some last minute schedule changes.

Janna is excellent with my dog. I feel super comfortable leaving him in her care and really appreciate her great communication.

Janna has taken care of 3 of our dogs over the years and has been excellent with each one. She adapts to each dog personality and has infinite patience. Our current dog is so clueless we thought she couldn’t be trained. Janna proved us wrong. The dog is much easier to handle now and has better manners. The dog is also happier because she understands what she is supposed to do. Janna’s dog training skills are excellent. She trained a dog as a service dog who went on to do amazing work. Janna is kind, patient, and makes a connection with each animal she interacts with. She balances that with gentle but firm discipline (withholding the treat until the behavior is demonstrated correctly). I would trust her with any pet.

Janna was excellent with my dog, Nala. She was thoughtful, thorough, loving, and extremely knowledgeable and capable. She had no trouble sitting for and staying with Nala, despite her being an admittedly somewhat difficult dog to manage at times. I highly recommend her services.

I met Janna when she was approximately 13 years old, a vibrant teenager, as we daily walked our beloved dogs. We gradually became good friends with each other and with our respective families. I trusted Janna to care for my dog while on my vacations, and confident that she would execute her duties faithfully and responsibly, which she did until my dog passed away at the ripe old age of 17!
