Kayleah was very kind and came on time. It was my first time using Rover or any agency so I was anxious. Kayleah took my dog Ava for a walk and acted like she had known her and there were no problems. Ava came back calm and tired. My anxiety was relieved.

Very professional and very communicative!
She took great care of my boys! They were well fed, kept tidy, and clearly comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave them, and I will definitely ask her again next time.
We will continue to book Kayleah for our future trips! She is great with our kitties, she played with them each visit and made sure to send videos and photos. Great experience!
