About: I’ve cared for dogs since my teenage years, from puppies to seniors. Lately, I’ve fostered and adopted senior rescues. I consider dogs some of the most special creatures on Earth. I work full-time from home and love having dog-walking breaks throughout the day. I can sit in your home (as long as there’s wi-fi so I can log into work) or mine. My 15-year old Chihuahua mix passed away recently, so I currently do not have an animal companion in my home, though that doesn’t last very long with me! I do not have a fenced-in yard; however, there is a walking path across the front street of my home and a city park across the street in the back.

About: I am new to Rover, but I have many years of experience in taking care of animals. In addition to living with cats and dogs for most of my life, I have also volunteered as a dog walker at the humane society. In addition to pets, I also volunteered at the Wildlife Science Center with feeding animals such as foxes, raccoons, bobcats, a lynx, and skunks, and I had the opportunity to care for wolf pups at the International Wolf Center. I am recently retired, so my schedule is flexible. I am available during the day and most evenings and am able to work around your schedule. I currently have two cats and previously had dogs, so I understand the importance of keeping them on a regular schedule. Being around animals gives me joy, so I look forward to spending quality time with your pet. I follow your instructions and make sure to follow your pet’s lead when interacting with them. I send you pictures, so you can see how your pet is doing when you are away. I can also check mail and water plants if needed.

About: I've had cats since I was a child. Neighbors, roommates, friends, and family have relied on me to take care of pets when they are gone. This has included feeding at a specific time in a specific way and at times giving medication. With a former roommate, I also found and rescued a young female cat during law school, and she turned out to be pregnant. We bathed and brushed her several times to get rid of fleas, got her spayed after pregnancy, and rehomed the kittens. I've had my own cat for a few years now, and I understand needing to maintain their routine and monitoring diet to address issues such as regurgitation of food due to poor city water quality or eating too fast or sensitive stomach issues. I am an attorney and can visit the cats in the mornings and evenings and during the weekend at regular times and ensure they receive love and playtime. I do not care for pets in my home, as my apartment is too small and my cat is more of an only child. However, I am very much able to spend at least a couple hours each day with my clients' cat(s) to feed them, maintain cleanliness of their spaces, play with them with their favorite toys, and give them pets as each cat prefers.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, iguanas, peacocks, and more for over 30 years! As a lifelong animal lover I followed a pre-veterinary path in school and have experience with various animals including many special needs and senior pets of my own. I’m well-versed in pilling dogs & cats, subcutaneous injections, inhaler use for dogs & cats, and basic first aid. I’m familiar with difficult dogs (I’ve been trained well by my 15yo Shiba Inu!), and pets with unique behavioral needs. I’m happy to treat your pet with the love & care they deserve so you can rest easy while you’re away for work or play! I’m currently taking online courses part-time, and my sweet senior pup recently passed, so my schedule is flexible. About: I had 3 dogs growing up so I know when they need something and to make they’re mood better also keep them happy and energized I recently paid my rent for 2 months of July and August so I have plenty of time to be an perfect candidate for this position Give them dog treats pet them take them on a walk play with them keep them safe and out of harm listening to their needs

About: Growing up in a house of animals, and having a small zoo of my own (2 dogs and 2 cats), I have a lot of experience taking care of animals. I have dog and cat sat for friends for years. I am currently available for Drop ins and Walks. I try to spend a bare minimum of 15 minutes with any drop in to make sure they get all the attention that they need. As the owner of a 15 lb dog and a 80 lb dog, I understand that all Walks aren't created equal. My Walks always vary based off of the needs of the dog. I am also an avid cat lover. I am more than happy to stop by and feed, clean the litter box, and snuggle/play with your feline friends. Currently I work full time on the West side of the cities, but I have Sundays and Mondays off to help with your animal needs. My hope is to expand my availability over time. My current weekend lines up with some weekdays. I spend most of those days out and about, so I'd love to check in on some cute animal while I am at it! Slow and steady is always best. I am a believer in letting animals come to you. I have experience with a kennel trained and unkennel trained dogs. As the owner of a 15 lb dog and a 80 lb dog, I am experienced in walking all sizes of dogs.
