About: I have been walking and boarding dogs since I was in high school. I have experience with all sizes of dogs and many different temperaments and medical needs. I have one dog of my own at home and we go on 2-3 walks a day, as well as play outdoors. She'd love to make friends with your pets! I have my own dog at home who I never leave for more than 4 hours at a time (and typically no more than 4 total in a day). I work predominantly from home and have to go into the office only a couple days a week for a couple of hours. My dog and I take a morning and evening walk every day in the summer (and when it's cooler, during the middle of the day, too) and in the winter we typically walk in the middle of the day for maximum warmth and sunlight. I have a fenced yard and one dog of my own who is extremely friendly and chill. She has free roam of the house and sleeps in bed at night but if your dog is used to being crated I can accommodate that! If you're looking for dog walking, we can discuss what length of route would be best for your dog and any preferences your dog has!
About: I've owned a dog and/or a cat since I left college and once had 3 dogs, 3 cats and 2 children under age 6 in the same house! I worked for a pet sitting business in Virginia for two years and love to observe animals and get to know to know them on their terms. Experience matters with pets and I have that, combined with great communication and common sense. I'm the person you want watching your furry friends when you can't be there. I'm also a photography lover and I'm happy to work to get some good shots of your animals while taking care of them. I'm a semi-retired journalist who often works remotely, so I have plenty of time to pet sit. With my kids in college, my nest is empty except for my Pueto Rican chihuahua mix, Nina. We walk two or three times a day when the weather and my schedule permits. I'll care for your pets as if they were mine. I've owned multiple cats and dogs, from 8 pounds up to 90. If you have the patience and experience, almost every animal will give you clues on how they want to be treated.
“Sophie has been walking our dog twice a week for the last few weeks and it’s been awesome! Sophie is always on time, is a strong communicator about what happened on the walks, and most importantly takes really good care of our dog. Our dog loves her and that makes me so happy. Thank you Sophie!”

“Michelle did an amazing job with Daisy. Very timely with communication in the booking process. Very impressed and will be the first place we look when we have walking needs!”

“Tony takes such good care of my girl when I’m working long days. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s getting loved on and lots of playtime, and she recognizes Tony’s name with a pitty smile and thumping tail.”

“Anna has been absolutely amazing to our sweet pup! She makes sure he gets plenty of exercise & I get lots of photos of their adventures which I love!”

I am a lifelong pet person who has cared for both family members pets, my own pets, as well as the pets of friends, neighbors and collies. I have dependable transportation and can work from anywhere in the twin cities (or country for that matter) if the job called for it. I am a retired military veteran having honorably served 20 years in the MNARNG. I have served both overseas and domestic tours. I am a proud community activist, veteran advocate, and behavioral and cognitive skills trainer. I have degrees in law enforcement and criminal justice, as well as certificates in private security. Dog walking I can drop in and provide such service anywhere in the cities, and times are flexible if notified in advance My home has two levels, plenty of space, a balcony and fenced in front yard. I have a backyard as well. The home is clean and can ensure the pets continued safety and comfort. I am willing and able to commute to pet sit in the event of a client working or being out of town. There is a cat in my home who is good with other animals and very friendly himself.

“Robert was great to work with. He and Waffle got along really well. Robert took the time to do a meet and greet and visit before the first walk, even on a short notice. Robert has been flexible and accommodating with his schedule to meet our needs. After the walk, he sent us detailed comments and photos of their walk. I plan on continuing to work with him on an ongoing basis. I feel like Waffle is in good hands!”

“Molly was such a joy to work with and went above and beyond to give our dog a much needed break and extra attention in the middle of the day. We will use her again in a heartbeat!”

I’m a college student looking to make some extra money while doing something I truly enjoy. Weekends work best for me, but I’m pretty flexible and will do my best to work around your schedule! I’m reliable, respectful, and will treat your home with the same care and respect I would give my own. I’m happy to follow any and all preferences or instructions you have to make sure you and your pup feel comfortable! 🐾

About: Hi my name is Zoe! I live in Golden Valley and work as a nanny. I love animals and feel like they make life more fun. A bit about my experience with pets and animals is that I grew up in a pet household. I had a cat growing up and then eventually two dogs. I would help change cat litter, take dogs out on walks and play with them. I respect an animals space and if they want to be around me. I am firm when dogs don’t listen but not yelling at them. I love pet sitting, taking dogs on walks and just hanging out with them playing catch or tug of war. I’m a reliable person and have my own mode of transportation. I don’t have any pets at home but would love to hang with yours when you have other responsibilities and priorities. Please reach out and we can chat and do a meet up to see if it’s a right fit for both of us! Right now my schedule is semi open. I can adjust my schedule for pet care and other errands. Just let me know in advance. Just ask me questions. I will not offer my home up. However I will make sure that at your property keeping careful watch out of safety and the surrounding environment.
About: I treat every pet like they’re my own, with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love. I’ve done house sitting at others home and have respected all of their wishes with their pet and their home. It is better for pets to stay in their home so they are comfortable.

She loves loves loves her time with Gretchen and our lives have become simpler knowing we have a great option to come be with Ruby.”

About: Growing up with a deep love for animals, I expanded this passion by actively fostering rescue dogs in Minneapolis and providing advanced, dedicated medical support for my own dog’s complex physical therapy and medication needs. Today, as an LPN and advancing nursing student, I channel that same profound empathy and vigilance into human healthcare. My unique blend of frontline clinical experience and intuitive, lifelong animal care has taught me how to anticipate needs, manage intricate treatment plans, and comfort those who are vulnerable with unwavering patience and kindness. I currently work part time and am going to school full time. I have Wednesdays and Thursdays open for walking your pup or drop ins for cats. I can do doggy day care Thursdays and Sundays, where I will be home all day. When providing dog walking and drop-in services in your home, my top priority is keeping your pets safe, happy, and on their comfortable, established routines. I combine my medical background with my rescue experience to deliver structured care that respects both your home and your pet's unique needs. During dog walking visits, safety is my absolute focus. I always double check leash setups, monitor pavement temperatures to protect sensitive paws, and use my rescue experience to handle strong or reactive dogs calmly around neighborhood distractions. For drop in visits, I tailor my approach entirely to your pet's personality, offering high energy playtime for active dogs or quiet, respectful companionship for independent cats. In addition to standard feeding, water refills, and litter box scooping, my nursing training allows me to easily administer required medications or monitor subtle health changes. Before leaving, I ensure your pet is secure, your home is fully locked, and a detailed photo update is sent straight to your phone.
“Phoebe has a 6th sense about what dogs need I think. She was terrific with our bashful Abby, being able to adapt to Abby only wanting to take a short walk and instead spending the rest of the walk time giving Abby extra love and belly rubs. We will definitely will call on Phoebe again!”

About: I have grown up around pets all of my life, having had multiple dogs and cats throughout. As a teenager, I would be trusted by neighbors to sit multiple pets at a time while they went on vacation. More than that, I am familiar with senior pet care and administering oral medicine. I am currently working part-time so I am available and ready to handle pet care most days of the week, including weekends. More, I am able to do early morning and late night care. I can create a safe environment for your pet by finding their comfort and acknowledging what they need within the home. Likewise, on walks, I am able to handle large dogs and other animal contact, making sure your pet stays safe in my care.

Abrielle provides playful stimulation for my active mini labradoodle,Luna, on daily walks. Luna is excited to see Abrielle each day and is calmer at home afterwards. Abrielle communicates clearly and frequently. She makes suggestions for Luna's care and gives extra time for special activities.

We absolutely adore Trinity as our dog walker! Eren gets so excited to see her every day that sometimes I worry he might feel a little let down when I open the door. She’s an amazing dog walker and person, showing so much care and compassion! If you’re looking for a dog walker who would love your dog as much as they want to be loved, you need Trinity. This is not a sponsored post!

We hired Eleni to walk our dog, Bowser, while we were out of town and the friend watching him at night worked all day. When we discovered an 8 week old puppy under a car days before our trip, we scrambled on what to do. Eleni was more than happy to add her to the booking and spend extra time with her after the daily walks. The photos and updates were great, and we will definitely hire Eleni again in the future!
