About: Hi! I’m a caring, dependable, and attentive pet sitter with firsthand experience caring for my family cat, Cody. Although Cody no longer lives with me, caring for him gave me valuable experience understanding a cat’s routines, personality, and individual needs. I’ve also been an experienced cat and dog sitter for friends and family while they’ve been out of town. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules, providing playtime and companionship, taking dogs for walks, and making sure pets feel safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away. I also live near a great local park that’s perfect for dog walks and getting some fresh air and exercise! I’d love to give your pup a fun, safe walk while you’re busy or away. I treat every pet in my care with patience, kindness, and plenty of attention. My goal is to make sure your pets feel cared for and comfortable while giving you peace of mind I work part-time, so I’m home most of the day and have a flexible schedule for pet care. I’m available for regular daytime check-ins, feeding, playtime, litter box care, and companionship. I can also adjust my schedule around your pet’s specific routine and needs I live in a quiet, fairly empty apartment in St. Paul with plenty of open space. Since there isn’t much furniture or clutter, there are limited potential hazards for pets. I keep my home clean, calm, and secure so cats can safely explore, relax, and feel comfortable during their stay. There is nearby walkable park as well
“Zoe was so excited to return to Stan's and to greet him and his two dogs, that she didn't even give me her sad eyed goodbye that usually comes when she realizes that I am leaving her. Stan shared videos of Zoe playing outside and text message updates of her adventures, and I could tell that she was having a wonderful time. thanks again Stan!”

“Hailey is an incredible sitter. My cat was ill when I had to go out of town, and Hailey took amazing care of her and made sure she got her medication. Through no fault of Hailey’s, my cat had a medical emergency and had to be rushed to the vet. Hailey handled the situation perfectly, which is something I’m not sure I could have done. If you want someone who is caring, reliable, and able to handle themselves and your pet in a crisis, hire Hailey.”

“Tofte loves doggy daycare with Bethany! He had the zoomies today for the first when he got there which tells me how comfortable he is at her place since we've been having her sit for awhile. 😊”

“Kevin had the time of his life! We’ve tried commercial daycare facilities and he gets super overwhelmed, but he instantly felt at ease here. He was a pooped pup when he got home and clearly had a blast - he even made some new friends! We loved getting all the updates from Emily during the day too - it was so fun to see what he was up to and reassuring for us that it was a great fit, especially since it was his first time. We will definitely be back!”

About: Hi, I'm Rosie :) I'm a fairly new MN resident from Boston pursuing law school! As a Shih Tzu owner myself, I understand just how special the bond between pets and their families truly is! Here are some things about me: - 5+ years of experience bathing and helping train younger dogs - Comfortable caring for dogs with different energy levels and conditions - I work from home full-time, so your pet will definitely receive plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day - I like to keep a close and communicative relationship with owners to ensure you and your pup can trust me <3 - Because I work from home full-time, I have the bandwidth to take regular breaks for walks and playtime. I have to walk my puppy about 5x/day, so your pet will definitely have playtime and plenty of walks. - Due to my work environment, I'm open to same-day bookings! - I have a spacious living room, large couch, and secured balcony. I maintain a clean environment, giving your best friend a comfy home to be in - My environment is best suited for smaller/medium dogs, but I'm open to dogs of all ages (puppies to seniors) - I love and am happy to send photos and messages throughout the day! - Dogs are allowed on the bed and furniture - My goal is always to make your pets feel safe and at home while you're away <3
“Takenya waa excellent with our dog and went up and beyond with the care. And she was great about Sending pictures and videos. She is excellent with dogs. You can tell from the minute she meet her that she loves animals. She helped us out on short notice We recommend her highly.”

“Connie was great! After meeting her, we felt confident that she was the right fit for our puppy. She clearly loves dogs. She has a fully fenced yard and will even groom your fur baby! Will definitely book again.”

“Our Aussie/Border collie had a delightful time at doggy daycare every day for a week. Jessica and her husband were very communicative, prompt and sent photos. They were patient working through our dog's anxiety on the second day (when he realized this was not just a one-off play date), and he ended up happy and comfortable the rest of the week, playing all day with their resident dog and another friend. We'd recommend them as excellent dogsitters and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

About: I have had my own dogs (and cats, chickens, bunnies, etc!) my whole life. I have also been relied on by friends, family, and neighbors for years to care for their fur babies while traveling. My husband and I also foster dogs through various local rescues! I work from home and my partner has a flexible schedule. Usually, we are both home and able to provide 24/7 care for the animals we board! I have a very large fenced yard with two dog pools for hot summer days. Our chickens stay in a separate enclosed area. My home offers multiple rooms and, due to the fact that we often foster, we have several kennels and other “safe space” areas if your fur baby feels safer hanging out or sleeping separately from the rest of the pack. Although, we are a household that encourages pets to curl up on the furniture! We have 3 dogs- a collie/Aussie mix, yellow lab, and husky. All are friendly, up to date on vaccines, and love other dogs! Lastly, we are a cat friendly home but do have separate spaces available if separation from them is best.
“I can't speak highly enough of Kristine! I took a chance on a day care near my work and sent a request to her the night before needing her. Upon meeting her the next morning, all my apprehensions left! She was genuinely welcoming to me, but more importantly, to my pup, Bella. You know how you kinda wish your pet would look back and wonder why you're leaving them especially at a brand new place? Bella pranced right up to Kristine's house and was ready for the day's adventure. Clearly, I was more nervous than Bella. Kristine sent me an update within the first hour to let me know Bella was doing fine. It was even more exciting to hear that my little Bella was playing well with Kristine's bigger dog, Gio. What a twosome they were! Thank you, Kristine, for making this work emergency of mine doable and caring for Bella so lovingly.”

“Our pup loves going to Sarah’s! He always has a blast playing with the other dogs and it’s very clear he’s being very well cared for. Sarah also sends me regular photos and updates, which I love. We’ll definitely be bringing Cosmo back (again) to Sarah’s!”

“Xan was a lifesaver. My wife had surgery in Ashland and I was able to get Rocky in with her on 2 days notice. She was great with him and would I definitely recommend and use her again. Thank you.”

About: As a teacher, I know each dog is unique and individual. I’m a cautious and observant pet sitter who strives to do what’s best for your pet. I prefer written directions as I know each dog has unique needs and do my best to follow them. I’ve been lucky to grow up with a cairn terrier, to have been a pet sitter for my sister’s pets for five years before I joined Rover, and I’m the mama of an adorable Labrador Husky. Looking forward to meeting your pack! I’m an online teacher (home full time) who teaches part time summer school as well. I have time during my prep time, after classes and on the weekends to play with your dog and give walks. If your dog allows, I will walk them when I walk my dog, which is 3x a day. I will check on the safety and well being of your pet. I will replenish food and water is always available. If they need some play time, I will also do that. Want them to feel safe.

About: Hello! I'm a single woman with a large, loving home and lifestyle that lets dogs thrive. I like to share this with others, as I know first-hand the peace of mind that comes from boarding your dog with someone you trust implicitly. * I work from home, so the dogs are rarely alone * I have a fenced-in yard and dogs get to go out frequently throughout the day * I'm very active and go for walks and trips to Battle Creek and High Bridge frequently * I have a Frenchie who keeps to himself. Lazy dogs can chill with him and active dogs get to go on walkies with me * Couches and beds are allowed, so snoozing and sleeping is done in comfort I live alone and work from home and have ample time to take care of treasured pets. I walk daily for at least and hour and my Frenchie's not into that, so I'd love to have a walking buddy, or my Frenchie would love to have a lounging buddy. With a fenced-in yard, a daily step goal, and couches and bed available for lounging, dogs will be happy and well-exercised. I will take care of them like one of my own.

Service Areas: East Saint Paul and Surrounding Areas I am looking to care for pets everyday of the week! About: I grew up on a dairy farm, and have been around many different animals over the years. I started out pet sitting for friends of family members, and families in my local community in my spare time. I have also taken care of a few senior pets over the years by making sure they get their right medications and foods throughout my stay. I also help take care of farm animals, outdoor bird feeders, along with indoor and outdoor plant watering and care. I currently have two cats, Scooter and Goose and they are my world. I am currently working about 20-25 hours a week. My current job is very flexible with hours and time that would allow me to stop in a care for your pets. I am available to do a few days, with the possibility of extending that period of time. I would be able to stop in and care for your pets before I head to work for the day (roughly 4 to 8 hours regularly, but can be flexible) and again after I am done with work for the day before engaging in any activities or turning in for the evening. I am open to stopping in daily and caring for you pets in your home as I dont have much space while I am currently living in the city with roommates and multiple pets in our household. If your pet has a favorite park, or yard to play in, I would be happy to engage in their favorite activities hwith them in those places.
“Carolyn, does a great job. Emma loves her a bunch, is very happy to see her each time she comes to walk Emma. Carolyn is good at communicating about what is going on.”
“I needed some last minute help with a busy workday. Danielle was able to squeeze me in same day! My dog came back happy and relaxed just what we both needed.”

About: Ever since I can remember I've always had a dog in my house, all different kinds. My own, and some of my parents fostered or took in temporarily from friends. I'm ready to walk, run, play, or nap with your pupper or kitty! Some of my favorite things are walks, fetch with a ball, and blowing bubbles. I have a dog named Wheezer and a cat named Titan. I'm so excited to meet you and your furry family members, thank you so much for your consideration! I am currently self employed in theatre (in the process of creating my own company) and have lots of spare time, especially during the day, to help take care of your pets! I have a high functioning car, and am ready to travel to you and your pet and/or being them to their favorite park! I live in an apartment, so my current favorite way to help out is to come to you and your furry friend!
“Michelle did an amazing job with Daisy. Very timely with communication in the booking process. Very impressed and will be the first place we look when we have walking needs!”

About: I grew up with Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Labs, Malinois and Cane Corsos. I make my own schedule as a freelance musician and private teacher so I have lots of flexibility. Generally mornings and mondays and fridays work best. About: I asked for a dog for Christmas every single year while I was growing up. My dad had his reasons, so the next best thing was to walk my neighbors Pomeranian (named Snuggles), which I did aaaaalllll the time. In college, I would dog sit for my coach here and there. My brother has a golden retriever that I have spent a lot of time with. And recently, I had my first experience of having my own dog. Technically it was my roommates dog, but I loved her like she was mine. I would take her on walks just because and when my roommate was out of the country for 2 weeks, I was the dog auntie. I'm a middle school math teacher, so I have ALL the availability in the summer. Once the school year rolls around, I'll be available in the evenings and on the weekends. I am more than willing to have your pet in my car if we need to get to walking trails, lakes, and other pet friendly places to walk. This would only be if you are comfortable with me taking your pet to a different location, otherwise I am happy to do neighborhood walks.

About: I have had pets in my life since childhood! I grew up in a busy home full of different animals (dogs, cats, fish, lizards, bunnies, birds, etc.) and have cared for animals of all different ages and abilities. I also have experience volunteering at an animal clinic. I work hybrid so am available every day except tuesday’s and wednesdays during the day. I am available any night overnight and on weekends too. I adjust my care based on the fur babies need. If they are more active, I am able to do walks often, but if they are older, I am happy to lounge around! I am used to working on a feeding schedule so strict feeding/medicine schedules are no concern for me.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life! I used to work at a dog day care (small and large breeds). I also volunteered at OTAT in Chicago for a year before recently moving to St Paul. Volunteering for OTAT required extensive training. Looking to add furry friends back into my life 💛 I currently work full-time but remotely and am very flexible. I’m available to drive and provide care in the mornings before the work day begins, during lunch hours, and after 4 pm. I live in an apt building and have plenty of grass surrounding. I’m near a lovely riverwalk which would allow for amazing walks as needed.

About: I am an inclusive, outdoorsy, and compassionate pet and house sitter with almost two decades of experience. I care about your pets and house as if it were my own! I am proud of my work/life boundaries, so I keep my schedule at school tight. I am out of the house from 7:30-4:30 on the weekdays. She is truly a member of our family and we always feel bad leaving her behind when we go out of town and Robert did a wonderful job sending pictures and videos to let us know how she is doing.
