About: With over 8 years of experience in animal care, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of pets—including dogs, cats, rats, and even lizards! I’m confident handling pets of all ages, from playful puppies to senior companions who need a bit of extra TLC. I also have experience administering medications like pills, topical creams, and pet inhalers. I’m always happy to learn your pet’s unique routine and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I’m a student at the University of Minnesota and love spending my free time caring for animals. While my weekday schedule is limited due to classes and work, I’m fully available on Fridays and weekends and would be happy to dedicate that time to pet care. I look forward to meeting new pets and giving them the attention they deserve! Since I care for pets in their own homes, I always try to make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I stick to their usual routine—whether that means walks, meals, playtime, or meds—whatever they need to feel at ease. I know how important it is to have someone you trust in your home, so I’m always respectful of your space and do my best to leave things just as I found them (or better!). I’ll also send plenty of photo updates so you can see how your pet is doing and feel reassured while you're away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and try to make the time you're gone as stress-free as possible for both of you.

About: 🐾 I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember, and I started dog sitting for friends, family, and neighbors when I was 10. When I got my own dog at 14, I fell in love with training and taught her over 20 tricks through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with both pets and owners, and I’ve been lucky to receive referrals from people who trust me with their dogs. I love making sure dogs are not just cared for, but genuinely happy and engaged. Whether that’s walks, playtime, enrichment games, training practice, or just giving them lots of attention and affection, I always try to match each dog’s personality and energy level. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, and I always want them to feel safe, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. I’m a college student currently on summer break, so I have plenty of time throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so pet care is something I truly look forward to every day. I’m also studying Animal Science, which has made me even more passionate about animal care and behavior. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. About: Growing up with 2 dogs, I know the amount of pure joy and giggles all doggies bring to families! I grew up with 2 little Dachshund (wiener) Dogs named Frankie and Lily! They were both so smart and oddly enough thought they could fly! They knew every night at exactly 9pm it was officially SNACK time! As they both aged, I spent much time carrying them up/down stairs, walking them and bringing them to appts such as Vet, Chiro and other therapies. There is no greater experience than coming home to your best friend wagging their tail. My main job is supporting the deaf/hard of hearing in the twin cities. My work experience allows me to get a sense of my surroundings quickly. I have experience house sitting, walking dogs and also taking dogs to vet/grooming appointments. Now I have 2 fur babies Highlander cats, Gracie and Fynn. ❤️ can’t believe I lived so long without my kitty cats!!

About: Someone who grew up with at least two rescue dogs in the house at all time, a few cats and horses, I've taken care of animals of all sizes, breeds, personalities, ages, and needs throughout my lifetime. I've even seen kittens born! I raised and loved the one I chose to mine, finally saying goodbye when she reached the ripe age of 21. Whether it is puppies / kittens, mid-life, or elderly I have experienced all the life stages of our fur babies. I've also dealt with the not so fun parts of being a fur baby parent. From cleaning up hairballs or puke because the dog decided to eat grass, cleaning a dog who decided it was a good idea to go for a swim in the pond, or literally breaking up cat fights... I've been there. Because I teach, and right now school is out, I would be home during the majority of the day during the summer for pet sitting. Come the school year, I would be away between school hours. Because right now I'm working part-time I have plenty of extra time to fit walking your fur baby into my schedule! I have a large porch which leads down to a fenced-in yard. My fur baby personally loves sunning himself on the porch or going down to the yard and just exploring. The apartment itself is a renovated music studio so it is wide, spacious, and beautifully designed. Your fur baby would have his own feeding area and you are welcome to bring any toys or other comfort items. I've had to board my cat before so I know how important the small things are.
