I'm willing to water plants, get mail, and I won't miss garbage day--also open to discussing additional housekeeping needs. “Gretchen was awesome, she sent me daily updates and photos. She walked them and took them to the dog park. They were clearly well taken care of - maybe a tad bit spoiled - which is exactly what I wanted! The house was clean, poop picked up, and clean sheets were on the bed when we got home! One of my dogs has a pretty intense fear of unfamiliar floor surfaces, so overnight daycare for a week where she can't escape it leaves her feeling exhausted and stressed, this was the perfect solution. Mackenzie S. was outstanding with our newly adopted two year old English Mastiff. We were hesitant to leave for two weeks on vacation given our sweet dog was new to our family. Mackenzie met with us twice prior to our scheduled vacation. It helped Nala to get to know him prior to our departure. Mackenzie communicated with us throughout our trip and sent us pictures of Nala. It was reassuring to have intermittent updates. Our house was in perfect condition when we arrived home. Our bedding was washed and the bed was made prior to our return. I would recommend Mackenzie to anyone that needs care for their pets. I hope Mackenzie will be available for all of our future travels!
This was my first time using a service like this, and Stasia was absolutely wonderful with Rex and Bella while I was away at a convention! I had to make the reservation on short notice, and she made the entire process so easy and stress free. From the beginning, I felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. Stasia took great care of both dogs and kept me updated while I was away. I truly appreciate the time, care, and attention she gave Rex and Bella. I would definitely recommend Stasia and will happily have her watch them again (travel dates in the works!).
Divya was excellent! Very communicative and left the house in great shape. We left our dog with her for ten days and he seemed very happy and calm when we returned! Brushed Dakota a lot and always sent pictures. Would definitely recommend booking her for anything!
I’ve left many reviews for Lilah, but seeing as this time when she watched our dogs it was for our wedding weekend I felt compelled to do another. We have such piece of mind when Lilah watches our dogs so having her do that while we celebrated our wedding made us know without a doubt they were taken care of so we could focus on other things. I felt very comfortable leaving my home and special kitties with Oliver. I got updates and photos, and I have lots of plants indoors and outdoors, and all were fine when I returned. Lots of watering got done! The towels and sheets were washed and the bed made. Great job.
Anna is one of the best dog sitters we have ever had (and we use Rover A LOT!)! She is a good communicator, conscientious, very respectful of what might be our weird doggy rules, and of course, responsible. What I especially love is that she seems to take her caretaker role seriously. Meaning, she doesn't give us the vibe like, "Hey, I'm doing YOU a favor," like we've experienced in the past. She takes her role as it is: She is paid to complete a service according to our requirements. So, if she thinks she might not be able to do it as we've asked, she checks in on it. We love that. We love that she takes that ownership over her role and our communication together. She'll always be our first call here in MN!
We had Savannah watch our two big dogs at our home over Labor Day weekend while we were on a remote hiking trip. I was feeling really nervous leaving our dogs with someone new when I wouldn’t have cell service to check on them.
