âLuliia took care of our two big guys for 10 days, giving them all the love and attention they needed while we were gone. We could rest easy knowing that our dogs were in good hands and someone was watching over our home. When we came home, our house was in better shape than when we left it. Highly recommend â will definitely be using Luliia again!â

âPenny was very easy to work with and my dog was very relaxed around her. She had no problem doing anything I asked was very sensitive to my dogâs needs.â
âMercy was amazing!! We feel like we found our new dog/ house sitter. She regularly gave us updates and sent photos. Our dog is a senior and Mercy didnât mind giving Moxie her medicine and taking her for her short walks. We already thought she was great and then we got stranded in Detroit on our way home. We texted her last minute and asked if she could possibly stay an extra night and she saved the day and said yes. We highly recommend her and will use her services again.â
âCristina is awesome! She took Calvin out and threw his ball for him, snuggled in bed in the morning, and sent me plenty of pictures and updates! Have Cristina watch your dog, you won't be sorry!â

âIf I could leave more than 5 stars I would have. Giovanna was exactly what I was looking for to watch my pet. He is an older dog, so he needed some different attention and that is exactly what Giovanna provided while I was away. Caring and compassionate. I would recommend Giovanna to anyone that needs the Rover services in a heartbeat.â
âLilah was awesome with my dogs, and keeping me updated on them. My house was very clean when I returned. Everything was great and I would definitely recommend her, and will book her again in the future! Thanks Lilah!â

âOlivia is a gem. She stepped in to pinch-hit after a non-Rover sitter had to leave early, and dealt with a messy house (teen sitter left quite a disaster in his wake!), untended critters, an uncertain ETA, and an unexpected medical situation with grace and care. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. Definitely hitting her up the next time I have to be away.â

âI was very nervous to leave my dogs, especially the one who was so scared. She was so nervous she would not eat. Paige worked with her and finally got her to eat. I appreciate her watching over them and taking good care of them.â

âLiv is fantastic with our two dogs. Both dogs are adopted rescues who require extra patience and Liv is the perfect fit for them - meeting them where they are until they are comfortable and ready to trust and snuggle. We appreciate the consistent daily communication and photos of our fur babies while weâre away. Liv goes above and beyond to take care of the dogs while staying in our home. We are so grateful and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a fantastic pet sitter. Thank you Liv!â

âI can't recommend Lacie enough! She took incredible care of our two dogs and cat while we were out of town, going above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and healthy. One of our dogs has some anxiety and can be reactive, but Lacie managed him with such patience and skill, keeping him calm and comfortable. She also handled medical needs seamlessly and kept us updated with photos, which really gave us peace of mind. We came home to a spotless space and three very content pets! If you're looking for someone who will treat your pets like family and leave your home just as you left it, Lacie is the one. Truly exceptional!â

âBrandon did a great job with my big teenager rescue dog, who is super sweet but still working on some aspects of being on leash. I appreciated how communicative, clean, and non-invasive Brandon was in the whole process. Iâm thankful that Rover connected us!â

âHannah was awesome!! Rosie dog fell in love with her right away so I knew she would be in good hands while we were away. Hannah provided great updates and tons of pictures!! Always answered quickly when I checked in!! She also left a detailed note of the days we were gone including how walks went, etc. Canât wait to work with her again!â

âJaci was a perfect match for my dogs. One of my pups needed extra TLC and Jaci handled the situation calmly and eased my nerves. Would absolutely book with her again.â

âTracy's 2nd time sitting for our admittedly complicated cat family. All scoundrels alive, well, and accounted for = 5 stars. Will be looking for her again the next time we skip town. Thanks Tracy!â

âBrooke was very accommodating with our last minute booking due to a death in the family and also dealt with some last minute unexpected super early morning delivery needs. She was awesome!â

âSergio did an AMAZING job! Our pug was well cared for and he left our home nice and clean for when we returned. Sergio was very responsive to messages and also sent us several pictures while we were away. We will definitely use him again!â

âTaylor was awesome. Super responsive and friendly. She stayed at our place on New Years Eve, which was super nice. The dogs seemed to be happy. Will absolutely book again.â

âSophia is amazing!! When Sophia watched our dog, Winnie, we got nightly updates with humor and multiple photos &/or videos. We looked forward to the updates each night. We could tell Winnie felt comfortable with Sophia, too. We'll definitely use Sophia in the future.â

âJoel took special care of our 6 yr old pup while we were away for the week. He sent regular updates, photos. We came home and our pup couldnât be happier. Really solid guy. Loves animals, responsible, professional, impressed us both. Thanks Joel. T3 đâ

Highland pet parents share their Rover experiences
Lacie is an exceptional petsitter. Her joy and enthusiasm for animals is boundless. She housesat for us for two weeks and while we were away her communication with us was excellent. We could see that our standard poodle was having a great time with all of the affection and attention that Lacie gave him. She really understood his needs and she made everything seem easy. When we got back our house was spotless and our dog was a happy boy. He loves Lacie and has adopted her as part of our family. We hope to use Lacie again in the future.

Bailey stayed with my dog and cat for five days and I couldnât have been more pleased. She communicated with me throughout her stay. It appears she really bonded with my dog and put up with my mean cat. đ. She left my house in great shape. Highly recommend.
Brooke did an amazing job with our anxious dog, Pepper. Pepper can be wary of new caretakers, but Brooke was able to read her body language fluently and gave Pepper the space she needed to warm up. By partway through the day, Pepper was curled up right next to Brooke on the couch - snoozing away!

Erin was a great sitter. Very friendly with the animals, pleasant to deal with, asked great questions. I didnât expect her to, but she unloaded the dishwasher and washed the sheets and towels and even worked with a neighbor to see if they could jump my carâs dead battery while I was away. My pets both seemed content when I got home so, it was a positive experience all around.

Constance was an excellent house sitter and friend to my sweet Quincy while I was away. She provided daily updates and pictures. She left my apartment cleaner than when I left. Thank you Constance for your care and attention! Quincy had a great time with you!

Brenna is a fantastic pet- and house-sitter! I could tell from the daily videos she sent how happy and comfortable my two dogs and two cats were with her. She was communicative and responsive, followed every instruction to the letter, and made me feel completely confident that my pets and home were totally safe in her hands. She is clearly an experienced professional who loves and understands animals, and even shared grooming and training tips with me. Iâm thrilled to have found her, and wonât hesitate to hire her again.
