Kaitlin was a pro from the first moment we talked on Rover. She set me at ease by always being kind and quick to respond, she was understanding and when I did go on vacation, she sent me photos and texts. She stayed at my home and took excellent care of my crew. I can't say enough good things about her and the excellent care she took of my two pets and my home.”

One of our dogs has some anxiety and can be reactive, but Lacie managed him with such patience and skill, keeping him calm and comfortable. She also handled medical needs seamlessly and kept us updated with photos, which really gave us peace of mind. We came home to a spotless space and three very content pets!
