Barbara went above and beyond when Ramona got an upset stomach in the middle of the stay and needed to go to the vet. She was very attentive and noticed right away when Ramona started to not feel well, and recommended different vets to me when my vet couldn't get us in on the same day. She was very communicative with me during the whole time and helped to reassure me since I couldn't be there in person. Also, Barbara was very accommodating and welcomed Ramona to stay an extra night when I had flight cancellations and delays getting home. Knowing my dog was in a safe and caring place helped to ease some of the more stressful parts of travel. Would definitely recommend Barbara as a pet sitter!”
