My dog has special eating and drinking needs and so Kirsten only taking one dog at a time was so great for us. She asked so many good questions to make sure she understood all of Zoey’s special needs and followed my instructions to the letter. She sent daily updates so I knew Zoey was having fun with her and her awesome kiddos. It was so great to feel like Zoey was part of her family for a few days and not a burden. In fact, while we are out of the country, our dog had a possible medical issue crop up that Bernadette brought to our attention right away. We looped in our vet and Bernadette was ready and willing to take our dog in for advanced care if needed. Fortunately, things never got to that point, but just the fact that Bernadette was willing to do whatever was necessary for our dog in our absence was SO amazing.
