Hi, my name is Katie. I am an experienced pet sitter, and I love giving all my clients extra love and attention, just like my own family's dog. I grew up with shelties. While I don't have any pets of my own right now, I just graduated from a master's program and have lots of love to give your furry friends. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, and have a special place in my heart for senior pets. Those I’ve dog sat for before describe me as warm, an excellent communicator who gives great peace of mind while they’re away.

I am very attentive to my client's needs and remain attentive to my surroundings. When I'm out walking with a dog and I see another dog, I make sure to steer the dogs away from one another, even crossing the street if needed. I will check to make sure they have enough water before I leave and that all the doors are locked.

Katie was awesome and it was one of the best dog-sitting experiences we’ve had. We have a senior dog who prefers to stay in our home when we need to be away. Katie was communicative and sent regular updates and photos, took great care of our dog, and left the house just as she found it. When we returned home, our dog was happy and comfortable - not anxious and stressed as she’s been at other times when we’ve returned. We couldn’t be happier with Katie and would use her again without hesitation. Thank you, Katie!
