I have been in love with dogs since before I could talk. Dog was my third word!!! I've been doing foster care with a rescue group for 15 years, and have experience with behaviors and breeds ranging from Chihuahuas to Mastiffs. I’ve also ventured into caring for cats as well after my schnauzer died (he chased cats). I have grown to love cats!!! I love all animals. My senior terrier mix named Charlie passed away on Labor Day 2023. My Charlie had a spinal injury, so he used a doggie wheelchair and I had to express his bladder. I would be willing to assist any special needs dogs with these types issues. I have cared for dogs with leash reactivity and understand how to work with them. I also haves cared for many timid dogs and understand the best ways to gain their trust. I like To learn the animal I am caring for to provide the best care!

Erin did a great job with Leo! He got lots of good walks and cuddles. They really bonded.
Erin was amazing with our dog. She was a great communicator, and went above and beyond for us during our trip. She was very attentive to his needs, and all the photos she sent shows us how happy and comfortable he was with her. We couldn’t recommend her enough, and are grateful we have her booked for another trip this year.

Erin was so patient with my VERY nervous dog. I could tell she had a lot of experience with dogs like mine. She also kept the house super clean. I was so impressed with her.
Erin has watched my dogs several times over the years and, as always, did a great job communicating, sending photos, and most importantly taking care of my dogs for two weeks. Also left the house in great shape.
Erin took wonderful care of my lab, Emmy. She sent updates and photos regularly and I could see from the photos that Emmy was happy and engaged. Thanks Erin!

Schedule
I work from home so I would be in your home most of the time, outside of any social engagements I might have. I am very flexible and will adjust to whatever the pets’ routine is.

- If your dog doesn’t like meeting dogs on a leash this is important to know as many dog owners will just walk up to other dog owners so it’s important i know prior so can ask people to keep their distance. I also would need to know if any pets are escape artists so I can be extra careful when coming and going. It’s important to know of any allergies or medical conditions. I also Like to know any quirks, favorite things, etc.
