Spencer came and watched my two year-old golden retriever, Pumbaa, for a very short notice work trip. Spencer came and met me and on the same day I requested to book with him, and he was super thoughtful with questions ahead of time to ensure he was set for success for watching my dog. During our booking, Spencer was extremely communicative and thorough with updates. We only moved the Areiux about six weeks ago, so my dog is still learning his surroundings, but Spencer was very patient with him. Spencer also left the place in great shape for me when I returned, including stripping the sheets and washing them, tidying the place up, and staying a couple of extra hours to make sure Pumbaa was set before I return from my flight back.
