It was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous to entrust my pets with a stranger, but Grace spent an hour with us during the "Meet & Greet" and took the time to walk with us around the neighborhood. That really put me at ease! She notified me right away as things came up, and checked in each day with pictures and videos. My dog has a difficult time with other dogs and Grace was able to re-direct her to keep her safe. This time of year is always tough, too. My neighborhood was covered in a sheet of ice, followed by a blanket of snow a few days later. Grace braved the weather and kept the pets on their routine. When I got back, everything was clean and in it's place, and the neighbors only had nice things to say after meeting her! Sean and Kimbrey are truly exceptional dogsitters! They housesat our three high-energy, high-quirk heeler-mix rescues for two weeks, and even the one who takes years to warm up to anyone warmed up to them. We received lots of photos and videos while we traveled. And I think we returned to a house that was cleaner than we left it. Seriously, Sean and Kimbrey are awesome and you should hire them.
Jamie was great with our dogs! She was extremely attentive and gave them lots of walks. We got lots of updates and pictures from her, which is always appreciated.
