“Grace was awesome with my dog and cat! I felt that she was better than other sitters/walkers I've used in getting my pets beneficial activity and giving them valuable attention. The cat, who doesn't always like people, took to her in a matter of minutes. She was reliable, flexible, and kind. I definitely recommend her for dog and cat owners!”

“We are so grateful for Emilie. She is caring and detail oriented—the ideal person to look after our senior dog. Having her help has been a big relief when we need someone to stop in and take care of Lela.”

About: We LOVE dogs and have a city sized house full of people that love giving them attention! We have 2 school age children but are home full time in the summer with a good sized fenced backyard and our own friendly pups, Oli and Lulu. We go back to our full-time jobs as educators on August 25, so our calendar reflects our school year availability (mostly weekends and some school breaks!) I (Kara) grew up always having a dog in the family, and as soon as I could, I acquired one of my own. I've learned that dogs need people, but people need dogs just as much. All this to say, we can't imagine a world without these furry little companions! With many attentive people in our household, your dog will never have needs unmet. Whether it be snuggles, toys, pets, walks, playtimes, food... be assured we can handle it! We can't wait to meet your dog! We both work in education, so our summers are very open & flexible and offer so many opportunities for dog walks, dog parks, pet cuddles, etc. Once the school year starts, our calendar reflects our weekend and school break availability! We have a fenced back yard and get on many outings with our own high energy dog. We do on long walks daily and often to the off leash dog park (if your dog is licensed in Minneapolis). We have a friendly cat that mostly keeps to herself around dogs, but she does not allow other cats in the home (so we are unable to board cats.)
“Kendall stayed with my two energetic dogs for a long weekend. She was great about regular updates and photos and treated my two girls like loved family members. They were not at all anxious when I returned, so I know she was a great choice for them and me. I look forward to booking her for my next trip, because I know they will be in good hands. Thanks Kendall!”

“Kayla was a life saver for me this past week! I typically work from home but was traveling for work - so Kayla came over during the workdays to take Barley for a walk. She was flexible, responsive, and loving towards my two-year-old golden. She even offered to bring Barley a raincoat when it was raining one day the days! I will definitely be using Kayla again on my next work trip!”

“Sydney has walked our dog, Gus, a few times now and he can be a bit hard to manage. He’s very excitable, reactive, and loves to jump and lunge at things that catch his eye. Sydney has done a great job of managing (all 70lbs of) him and keeping him safe! He is SO excited when he sees her walking up to our door, which makes me trust her even more.”
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life: dogs, cats, hamsters, snakes, fish, turtles, you name it. I also work from home so your pet can get steady company and attention during the day, not just a quick in-and-out visit. Happy to water your plants during drop-ins too, so everything’s thriving when you get back. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me for years to feed, check in on, and snuggle their pets when they’re away, and I take that trust seriously. When a friend’s cat needed an emergency vet visit while they were overseas, I was there to handle it and keep them updated every step of the way. I also take direction well so if you’re working on training with your dog, I’ll follow your routine closely to keep things consistent while you’re away. I’m currently working from home so I am flexible with daytime walks and visits! I’m available for walks and drop-in visits, usually between 11am and 6pm I treat others space with the same respect I’d want mine to be treated with: I’m careful with entry access and making sure doors and gates are secure before I leave. I always double check food, water, and litter areas. If anything comes up, I stay calm, act quickly, and keep you informed the whole time.
About: Lifelong love for animals and years of personal experience caring for dogs, cats and birds. Little professional experience but wishing to expand. I have had an innate care for animals since I was a child, it comes naturally to me. I have experience with a variety of animal needs and maintenance. Working as a full-time remote attorney means I am naturally home throughout the day, allowing me to integrate pet care seamlessly into my daily routine. I structure regular breaks around frequent outdoor walks, scheduled feedings, play sessions, and attentive companionship, ensuring pets receive consistent attention, exercise, and affection without long periods spent alone. I prioritize safety by maintaining a pet-proofed, secure environment and strictly following every owner’s exact instructions regarding feeding, medications, and temperament. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I practice vigilant outdoor leash control, double-check all secure entryways, and send regular photo updates to build complete trust and peace of mind.
About: Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am a huge animal lover and have grown up/cared for dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with mostly Norwegian Elkhounds but had one Carin terrier find his way to my family. Currently I have 1 Norwegian Elkhound named Bear who is about 6 years old and my best friend. My boyfriend and I recently adopted 2 cats from the animal Humane Society named Jack and Lucas. I have been pet sitting since high school and have taken care of cats, dogs, rabbit, fish and hamsters. When I am not with animals I can be found hiking, reading, knitting or playing video games. I am currently making my way through the Nancy Drew series and hoping to finish a scarf by Christmas time. I try to stay active and like taking my dog on long walks especially in the summer. I am currently go to school full time. Which allows me to prioritize caring for my pets and lets me fit a wide ranging of scheduling needs. My pets currently run the home. They have free reign of the entire house and nap, eat and sometimes even potty where ever they like.
“Rob was filling in while our other dog walker was on vacation for two weeks. I highly recommend Rob! He’s like a dog whisperer :-). Very intuitive, patient, flexible, timely, and an excellent communicator. Charlotte enjoyed her walks with him. He truly will be missed.”

“Scott is amazing. They're so good with Freya, and she loves them so much. She looks forward to walking with them and comes back very happy. I highly recommend Scott”

About: Hello, my name is Rachel. I enjoy outdoor activities, especially in the summer time! I have been involved in dog training as a volunteer, working with training dogs to be service companions for veterans and kids with autism. I am easy going and very reliable. People trust me to watch their kids for a living, so you can also trust me with your fur "children". I have a 13 year old mixed breed dog named Mike. He’s about 40 pounds, medium sized. He has a calm demeanor and gets along great with other dogs. I've also had foster dogs in my home in the past, and always enjoyed the experience. Please let me know if I can assist you with any pet needs, even short notice. I am a teacher— off in the summer, so I have plenty of time to give right now ! I make time for pet sitting in the summer because I enjoy it :) I want the dogs to feel as at home as possible so I try to keep their similar routine and ask a lot of questions of the owner to fully understand what their pet needs !
“Tony was super friendly, had great communication and was awesome with our girls on their walks. Wrigley and Griffey were stoked when Tony came for their evening walks. My in-laws and my husband and I have nothing but great things to say about him! We will be using him again! Highly recommend!”

“Lauren is such a wonderful person! Very personable, great communication, and she took such great care of my dog Skylar. They went for an hour-long walk around my neighborhood. Skylar looked so happy and was perfectly tired from the exercise. Highly recommend Lauren and will definitely book again!”

“Robert is absolutely amazing! It has made a huge difference in me and my dogs lives and training. I am super busy, but he is great with working around my schedule and leaving detailed reviews/updates for me to review later. I have a hard time trusting people with my baby but his incredible growth has helped me immensely.”

Autumn has dog sat for Hank many times and always does a great job. This time she helped with mid day walks with him while I was away. It put my mind at ease knowing she’d be with him to break up his days and that she knows his personality so well. Thanks Autumn!

Emilie was fantastic. Incredibly professional and communicative and kind. She did a fantastic job with our dogs. She was able to handle both easily on their walk. She was great in meeting to orient her to our dogs and all through the time we had her walk the dogs. There is a clear reason she has such great ratings and reviews here.

Rachel came in fully capable to address some stress and anxiety in my senior pup's moving to a new apartment. She offered suggestions and tried some different approaches before and after walking him, which was just what he needed. I'd recommend her to help you for dog walking, for sure! I appreciated the feedback and pix she sent.

Curtis was a huge help last minute for me! I really appreciated his confidence in walking my very nice, but quirky dogs. He followed instructions well and I really enjoyed his detailed rundown of the walks. I could tell he really does enjoy spending time & taking care of pets. Thank you!

Michelle walked our dog Norm each week for many months and she was wonderful. Always sent pictures of Norm on the walks, let us know if anything seemed off about him, made sure he was hydrated, etc. We’d recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, reliable dog walker.

Jenna goes above and beyond to care for her client and their pet. Very attentive, accommodating, and respectful of changes and dedicated to making everyone happy. I have great respect for her and she always does a great job and is very transparent. Love having her support and attention to detail especially with my puppy. Means a lot! Can’t recommend a better dog walker/sitter!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment.
