About: Hello! My name is Ava, and I'm new to Rover though certainly not to pet care! I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, so I'm lucky to have grown up with a family who owned both cats and dogs, teaching me the responsibilities of pet care from a very young age. About: I have 23 years of pet ownership experience (cats, reptiles, and a simple fish tank). I also have a bit of volunteer experience training service dogs and have taken care of friends' pets while they're away. I work my other job from home and determine my own hours, so my schedule is generally very flexible. About: I've been around dogs and cats my whole life. We had 2 dogs and 2 cats when I was growing up. I've been walking dogs since I was little. And I know all the dogs in my neighborhood on a first name basis. I work from home and generally have plenty of time throughout the day for walks and cuddles. My husband also loves helping out and playing with them. I have a big backyard that's mostly fenced in (each of my surrounding neighbors have fences). There's plenty of room throughout my entire house for your little baby to make themselves at home

About: I had a dog, Ace, for 12 years who passed away February 2020. He had a heart condition so I’m comfortable administering meds. He was a bully breed so I can also handle stubborn and slightly aggressive dogs. I give great scratches and cuddles! I am currently not working so I’m free all day.
