She was very flexible and understanding. After visits she would send us a long paragraph describing how the visit went with some info on Toothless’ breathing rates and lung crackles. Her descriptions were informative and funny. She also sent us a bunch of cute photos! We looked forward to getting updates and it made it so much easier to be away from him.
