About: I have had cats and dogs in my household my entire life, I take care of them at home and also for many neighbors, and they continue to request my services. We had a wonderful experience with Olivia! Before our trip, she was very flexible and willing to meet with us a few times to make sure she was a good fit for Rio and that everyone felt comfortable. She was also very proactive about communicating her work schedule and setting clear expectations for when she would be home with Rio. While we were away, Olivia kept us updated on how Rio was doing and sent lots of pictures, which we really appreciated! She also took great care of our home, and we came back to everything clean and tidy. Most importantly, it looked like Rio had a great time with her! Olivia exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely love to have her stay with Rio again for our next trip.
I can't say enough good things about Juli. She is so caring and accomodating. We do hotel stays in Minneapolis and it means a lot to have someone I can trust in a city that isn't home. She has a great demeanor for my nervous boy and awesome communication i love getting pics so I don't have to worry.
