Jaynan was really amazing, and went above and beyond our expectations! She was very professional, but above all she was very thoughtful, kind and caring with our 3 pets- 2 of them seniors with special needs. She met with us prior to sitting so she was familiar with our animals needs and routines. She was an exceptional communicator, sending pictures each day and updating us with how things were going. She let us know if she did have any questions or concerns. And to top it off, she noticed and that our sump pump had failed and water was coming into our basement-she sent us a video and contacted us immediately. We would highly recommend her and definitely look forward to using her again!
