“Carolina has provided me the best experience I’ve ever had on Rover! She is incredibly considerate and thorough. She brought her own treats and a towel to wipe my dogs wet feet after the rain. My dog seems to love her already and I will absolutely request her services again!”

This was the first time we’ve left them in the care of someone else and Brianna’s stellar communication and amazing notes/pictures from every visit really put us at ease. 10. Nathan L.
About: I'm not sure if this sets me apart from anyone on this site but, I love dogs. My family loves dogs. We have had them in our lives for our entire lives, some shorter for shorter spurts than others. One thing I found out from each gifted moment was that dogs are not just there to own. They are there for us as much as we are for them sometimes more. We offer a family setting full of love and joy, pets and snuggles. My wife is a certified dog instructor who has worked for rover in the past. I loved doing it so much I wanted to take it back up! Pet care can be implemented at any point throughout the day. I can take them for regularly scheduled walks if necessary upon availability (to avoid double bookings) I have a fully 6 ft privacy fenced yard (60×85). We have many dog toys we have retained from previous loved ones and two energetic children that love to run and play. Comfy surfaces everywhere.

11. Erika K.
“I can’t recommend Erika enough as a pet sitter! She has an incredible way with animals, and her knowledge and experience make her truly stand out. When my mom and I were rehoming several litters of kittens, she was there every step of the way—helping with care, socialization, and finding them the best homes. She currently owns three dogs and two cats, and she’s even temporarily fostering two more for a friend, proving her dedication to animal welfare. Her ability to handle multiple pets at once, her patience, and her deep understanding of their needs make her the perfect choice for anyone looking for a reliable, loving, and experienced pet sitter. If you want someone who treats your pets like family, Erika is the one to call!”

12. Sydney B.
“I couldn’t be happier with the amazing care Sydney provided for our beloved pet. She went above and beyond to ensure our pet was comfortable and happy. She provided nice updates that gave us peace of mind, knowing our pet was enjoying their time. I highly recommend their serves to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring person to pet sit!”

13. Laurie & Douglas F.

14. Marissa P.
About: With a lifelong love for animals, I have been caring for pets for the last ~16 years, owning my dog as well as being a pet sitter and dog walker for neighbors and friends. Whether it is daily walks, playtime, or overnight care, I provide reliable, loving attention to every pet as if they were my own. Your furry friend will be in safe and caring hands! I currently work full time, but in the summer I work Mon-Thurs. I work 10 mins from home, so I can stop half way through the day to check in and let them out. I can be flexible! Weekends are dependent on plans. In a client's home, I will utilize what is available, whether it be a fenced in yard or not. In my own home, I live in an apartment, so outside time will include going on walks around the neighborhood.

15. Brianna H.

“Brianna quickly established a trusting relationship with both of my dogs. She has great intuition on what works best for them. My young dog was very calm around her. Brianna was able to modify her persistent clamoring for attention in only one day. I will definitely ask her to care for my dogs when I need help in the future.”

16. Megan S.
About: As an adult I’ve adopted 3 dogs and fostered another 3. Puppies to seniors, a 10 lb chihuahua to a 70 lb shepherd mix. I have a fully fenced yard that is great for dogs! (Assuming they can’t climb over a 4 ft fence; if they can I usually hook the dog onto a very long tether so they have room to roam but not make an escape over the fence). My lot is about .43 acres and is more long and narrow than square so it gives a lot of room to run for games of fetch. I’m a huge lover/sucker for a good pupper dog but don’t currently have any pets of my own because I’ve been on a travel kick the past year. Signing up for Rover kills two birds with one stone for me because I can get my animal fix with other people’s pets and make some extra money for travel. I work fully remote from my house so that enables me to give potty breaks as often as needed, however, depending on my meeting schedule certain days I may not be able to take on dogs who bark excessively because they could disrupt my work calls. I don’t have a ton of experience with cats though I did live with my ex-husband’s cat for 7 yrs. We briefly had two cats because a stray who was an exact look-a-like for our cat showed up on our doorstep once and I assumed it was our cat and that she had gotten outside and let the stray in 🤣 At the time we already had 2 dogs and a cat and a ton of fish so we kept the stray only until we found a new home for him. I work a lot of hours for my day job but my hours are fairly flexible since my company is 2 hrs behind in Seattle, and I work fully from home, so I am confident I’ll have the bandwidth to take care of pets in my home or can go over my lunch break to other people’s homes to look in on their pets. I have a fully fenced yard, a crate of necessary, and a fair number of toys to keep them entertained. My son also loves pets and I’m sure will go nuts wanting to play with any animals that are around. My son is almost 8 and has a lot of experience with animals. Obviously my son’s safety is paramount for me so when he is staying with me I’ll only be interested in boarding animals that are good with children.

17. Katherine K.

“Kat has made a very sad puppy happy. Thank you for helping us out during this time. Emma is returning to her normal self after losing her partner in crime.”

18. Annie K.

“Annie did great with my dogs. If I need Rover again I will definitely ask for her.”

19. Kristen R.
“Kristen is a dog lover through and through. Her dogs are certainly treated like family and always get to go on long walks, get lots of love, snuggles and treats of course. Kristen is a responsible, clean, respectful person who would be a great person to give your furry friend a loving, safe place to be when need a pet sitter.”

20. Lundin J.

“Lundin is magnificent! She is caring, loving, and professional. She took such good care of our pets while we were on vacation. She sent us photos and a summary of how our pups were doing with every visit. She was responsive, on time, and attentive. Our pups were loved and cared for in such a beautiful way. We will definitely reach out to Lundin for any upcoming pet-sitting needs! Thank you, Lundin, for taking such good care of our pets! We are so grateful we found you!”
