âPingPing is the best! She is always punctual with the drop-ins and provides detailed updates. Itâs such a relief to know Lucy is in good hands while Iâm awayâ

âLindsay (and her wonderful kids!) have been instrumental in helping me with my new puppy while Iâm at work! He gets to play, socialize, and go potty! It can be scary booking someone you donât know to come watch a beloved pet but Lindsay went out of her way to meet us before booking. Weâve been using her services now for quite a while, and I literally trust her with my dogs life :) I know Tango must love their visits because he always gets glowing reviews! Lindsay is quick to communicate and has been very reliable!â

About: I just love spending time and taking care of all animals. My pup is a senior now and canât take the long walks and hikes we used to do all over the country. I would enjoy taking care of your loves when you may not necessarily have the time to be there with them! I work from home and my BFF Luca a ten year old male cattle dog and I have a consistent schedule, we go out for a walk every four hours. Sometimes just to sniff or stretch our legs! Very flexible. I can adjust to any potty schedule or needs as I work from home. I live a on the first floor and can access outside without the use of any stairs.
âAlex did an awesome job on short notice for us, checking in on our dog while we were away for a night. She played with him, fed hime, let him out, left detailed notes, and took lots of photos!â

About: I have so much love to give for your pet! I will take care of them like my own. Iâve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life and have a sweet spot for them! I work remotely so if need be I can come work at your place if I need to stay for awhile. I can also stop in at flexible times throughout the day and night when need be. I will cater to your pets environment, whether that is feeding them, walking them, playing with them or giving them plenty of pets and love and care!
âGreat communication and took pictures of the cats letting me know they were doing good. I would recommend Tara and hopefully book her again when we need a drop in visit for our cats.â

About: Hi! Iâm Cheyenne, and Iâd love the opportunity to care for your pets while youâre away. Iâve spent several years working in veterinary medicine, where Iâve cared for animals of all ages, breeds, and personalities. My experience has taught me how to recognize changes in behavior, administer medications when needed, and help pets feel comfortable and safe, even in unfamiliar situations. Pet care naturally fits into my weekly routine because caring for animals is already what I do every day. I work full-time in veterinary medicine, so my schedule revolves around the health and well-being of pets. Through Rover, Iâm excited to spend even more time doing what I love by providing personalized care outside of the clinic. Iâm available for visits on select workdays, especially before or after my shifts, and I have much greater flexibility on my days off. Iâm available for visits on select workdays, especially before or after my shifts, and I have much greater flexibility on my days off for walks, drop-in visits, and extended care. I understand how important consistency is for pets, and I do my best to provide reliable, compassionate care that fits seamlessly into their routine while giving you peace of mind.
About: I have experience with all types of cats, dogs and small animals. I have had pets since I was a child and love them dearly. I work full time Monday- Friday but my job is flexible. I am able to walk your pet before or after work and on the weekends. If you have a small animals or cats, I can make daily drop ins or work woth you and your pets needs. I cannot watch your pets at my home because I live in an apartment. But I am willing to drop in at your home for walks or care. I can send updates and pictures of your pets and provide daily updates on how they are doing.

âKim did a fantastic job taking care of my cats!! Since Ozzy developed diabetes, itâs been hard to get away for a long weekend. Kim was able to give him his insulin and it really eased my mind. She provided updates and pictures with each drop in visit. Would definitely recommend Kim for your pet care needs.â
âGeorgia was amazing! She gave regular updates and cute photos of the cats. One of my cats had diarrhea, but Georgia kept thorough updates on how she was doing. Already booked for another visit!â

About: I love animals of all ages. I have no specific preference on age at all. I have my own anxious pup who has taught me a lot; so the anxious pups have a special place in my heart! I work full time as a PCA so I am available in the afternoons/evening typically around 5pm and anytime during the weekends (Saturdays & Sundays). I am able to help out with dog specific training; i.e âsitâ âstayâ âcomeâ, etc. With the owners ways and regulations. I will also take walks, play fetch or even a game of tug-a-war! Special diets and eating habits do not bother me at all!
âOlivia was amazing with my year old GSP. She was punctual, friendly and enthusiastic during the initial meet and greet. Afterwards, she was always on time and even stayed a few minutes past the allocated 30 minute session just to make sure my pups needs were met. I highly recommend her for any of your pet watching needs.â

About: Life long pet owner, foster and caregiver. Iâve trained puppies and provided end of life care for senior dogs. Very comfortable with large dogs and even angry cats because they need love too. Comfortable giving medication as well. I work from home with a very flexible daytime schedule. I am available until 5pm daily. Would be open to chatting about scheduling if more care was needed. I have a large fenced in yard, and a friendly cat. We have lots of toys and a little dog pool. I am clean and respectful when entering your home. I enjoy a long walk almost as much as our furry friends.
About: Iâve cared for dogs of all ages. From energetic puppies needing structure to senior pets requiring patience and gentle attention, I tailor my care to each animalâs unique needs. Whether itâs daily walks, overnight stays, or just playtime, I aim to make every pet feel safe, loved, and at home. What sets me apart is my calm, intuitive approach and attention to detail. I treat every pet like theyâre my own, respecting their routines, quirks, and comfort zones. I also send frequent photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. Iâm available for walks, drop ins, or sitting on the weekends. My priority is for your pet to get the attention and companionship they deserve. Your dogs safety and comfort come first. I follow each petâs routine closely, from feeding schedules to walk times, to help them feel secure and relaxed. I always do a safety check of the space, keep hazardous items out of reach, and make sure pets are never left unsupervised outside. In your home, I treat your space with respect and aim to leave it just as I found it. I also provide regular updates, so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: Keep your pets out of the cold kennel and remaining in the comfort of their own home! Iâve been caring for other peopleâs animals since I was nine years old and over time thatâs grown into a deep understanding of the bond between pets and their families. I donât just watch pets, but step in as a calm, reliable presence so they can maintain their routine and sense of security while youâre away. Iâm especially attentive to behavior and communication. Whether itâs managing doorbell triggers, easing separation anxiety, or reinforcing good habits, I work with your pet as an individual. My goal is always a smoother, more balanced experience for both you and your animal. I also have experience with pets who require a higher level of care, including those prone to seizures, pets with mobility challenges, and animals with heightened anxiety around storms or fireworks such as my own Australian Shepard. In those moments I prioritize patience and creating a comforting environment. When you book with me, youâre not just getting coverage, youâre getting consistency, daily communication, and peace of mind. I provide thoughtful updates and make sure you always know your pet is safe and cared for. Iâve been on Rover since 2018 and have built long term relationships with clients who trust me not just me with their pets, but as a friend. That level of bonding is something I aim to earn with every new client. My rates reflect the level of care, attention, and reliability I provide while keeping your pet out of the kennel and inside their own spaces. If youâre looking for someone who will treat your pet with the same attentiveness and respect you do, Iâd be happy to connect and learn more about your needs. I take on pet appointments around providing smart home in house support and installation and do my best to accommodate your pet's needs and schedule. At your residence I try to keep your pets on their normal schedule when it comes to diet, exercise, bathroom breaks, and playtime. My "rental dogs" tend to get more walks with me than they do with their owners as I view it as my own gym time that the dogs also love. During overnight stays I am very respectful of client's homes and have been known to vacuum and do the guest room laundry prior to their return from vacation. I have a Toy Australian Sheppard named Vheissu (pronounced V-Sue) who lives with me half of the time, so if your dog comes over for daycare they may have a playmate.
âAva was really amazing. She was very professional, and above all she was very thoughtful, kind and caring with our senior with special needs dog. She met with us prior to our scheduled drop ins so she was familiar with Coleâs needs and routines. She was an exceptional communicator, sending pictures and updating us with how things were going, and very understanding with our shy senior dog. We would highly recommend her and definitely look forward to using her again!â

âKatherine successfully completed three drop-in visits to feed our cats, provide them with fresh water and scoop their litterboxes. She was on time (which we really appreciate) and cleaned up the dirty cash dishes. We have already requested her for future visits :-)â

âElizabeth treats our cat and chinchillas like her own and itâs always so wonderful knowing our furry friends are in great hands whenever weâre out of town. She administers daily meds and goes above and beyond to make sure the pets are all happy and healthy. My cat gets very anxious during Thunderstorms, but Elizabeth takes the time to help calm him down and make sure heâs at ease. Itâs incredible the difference weâve seen in our animals since Elizabeth started caring for them. Our cat in particular used to have a lot of behavior issues whenever weâd go out of town. We havenât had any of those issues since Elizabeth started watching him. She gives them the routine and attention they need, and we always come home to very happy healthy pets!â

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
