“Mackenzie did a wonderful job! She stopped by twice one day and even stayed overnight when one of my cats needed extra attention. My cats loved all the having her stop in and I felt much better knowing she was spending so much time with them while I was visiting family out of state for Xmas. I really appreciated how flexible she was! She did an awesome job with communication- both of my cats are over 14 and one has not been eating well. She spent extra time offering different choices to get him to eat something each visit.”

I NEVER worry when I am away now. She leaves the house cleaner than I left it for her (despite my grand efforts--but I was one-handed since I was awaiting surgery, so, alas...). She sends me updates and photos, and I know my pets are in great hands with her. She knows my house and my pets so well now that I can "turn her loose," so to speak, and know that she will know what to do and what to expect. Again, thank you, Vanessa, for saving my sanity. “Joanna took great care of our westie Mac who became great friend with Joanna's dog Morrison. Actually Mac is missing his playing partner . Joanna and Morrison spent two weeks with Mac and we received a lot of photos of their play time and lounging on the couch together. Joanna left our home in the same state we had left it in,( she even folded laundry left in the dryer!!) she picked up medications for Mac and had no problem giving him oral meds. We were abroad for 2 weeks and felt completely at peace.”
